Rooms were clean and comfortable with good toilettries and amenities.
There is a night club on site, which made parking a bit challenging. But, I guess that's okay.
The housekeeper was very police and accommodating.
I did not like the location of the room. Parking in back of hotel was limited. We had trouble finding the room. Room was located next to stairwell. The parking situation was limited. When we went to the back to park,we discovered we could not park in the reserved areas.Room was ok nothing to rave about.Breakfast was provided at an extra charge.Front desk clerks were there and we did not feel as welcome as we have felt at other hotels in Houston and San Antonio. The one positive courteous person was the housekeeper.
Good location. Close to Fort Worth and very close to the Fort Worth Stockyards. Staff was very helpful with everything needed.
It is an old Holiday Inn trying to be a three star but falls short to 2.2 Star in my travels. When I bid on a three star I hope these is not the one I get and they put the priceline customers in the smallest rooms with no frige or micro wave.
Room was nice spacious and clean
Myself and a large number of guest that appeared to have reservations had to wait an unacceptable length of time to get checked into our rooms with a guaranteed check in of 3 pm the process was about 3 hrs behind
Very nice rooms and an excellent staff.Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and rooms and staff are always up to expectations.
The front desk staff was receptive to the issues I experienced and are beginning the process for a refund.
There was a serious backup in the sink that we woke up to that we had to handle ourselves because the engineer didn't come. We spent an hour transferring dirty water to the tub with a trashcan and missed our lunch plans. I couldn't shower. HORRIBLEThe hotel said that they were going to send the paperwork to Priceline for my refund to be processed...I hope this is happening now. This was my first time using Priceline Bidding and this horrible experience does not give me confidence in the bidding process. This hotel SHOULD NOT be a 3-star hotel, comparable to Double Tree on this website. It's outdated, there were cobwebs in my room, a rusted sprinkler system in the room, a loose tub faucet, and then the sink backed up with yellow-green water and food particles from past guests- which we had to handle ourselves, delayed our trip, and I had to go...
The room was clean - linens and bed were very nice.
Evening staff was unprofessional - teenager on her cell phone sitting on the counter when we came down to check why they had sent us to a room that was already occupied. She was very flippant about the fact she had written the wrong number on the cardLobby was very smokey and the bar was loud and too close to the check-in desk. Gave a kind of sleazy 70's disco feel to the place, which was not helped by the poor service on check-in.
The front lobby reeked of cigerette smoke when checking in. The bathtub in our room was rusted and the cover on the overflow drain was hanging by one screw exposing a hole in the tub.The room it's self was not bad over all, but not what I expect from a three star hotel. It was more 2 1/2 in my book.
