Pros (+) It was good as location in the center that's the only thing I liked.
Cons (-) It's was very hot , actually very hot ( sauna) room I'm not sure if I'm gonna take a room there again! The service and reception was Ok not good not bad!!

Pros (+) The hotel was in a good location close to the train station, several good restaurants, and a short walk to the city center. I had a good WiFi connection in my room. The room and bathroom were clean. I would stay here again.

Cons (-) Our reservation was not honored. Members of our group who arrived earlier were given 2 rooms when the Memphis Hotel didn't have any double rooms. We walked our bags about a mile to another hotel. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this place to anyone. Be forewarned..... a "reservation" doesn't mean a darn thing to Memphis Hotel.
