Pros (+) The breakfast was great. They took my girlfriend's food intolerances into account. They didn't have cell signal, but the wifi signal was great. Our room had access to a hot tub. The innkeeper was very nice and was out of the way, to make you feel like it was your space for your stay. Equally between the harbors on either side of the island.
Cons (-) The trail to the parking area was tough to navigate around and between with a larger vehicle. I ended up backing into the exit to avoid making the loop. No complaints otherwise.
