The unit is located right next door to the Ober Gatlinburg Tram station for quick and easy access to excellent skiing and snowboarding slopes. Please be respectful of our space. Absolutely NO smoking is permitted in the unit. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premise. This is not a personal rule, rather a condo/HOA bylaw.
