Friendly, English -speaking staff. Comfortable clean beds and complimentary mini-bar. Would definitely stay here again! We were told off for talking too loudly in the halls by one of the other guests -- but it was during the day and we did not even realize we were talking loudly!
Service was excellent and staff very helpful.
Very nice little hotel with excellent breakfast and pleasant staff.
Very modern, clean, comfortable, well establishment in an out of the way place. Staff were great. Breakfast was simple but good. If you need to be in or around Geel this is a great little hotel.
everything was well selected. very good materials, brilliant big bed, lovely balcony
Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, peaceful and quiet location. The breakfast was delicious. These people know the real warmth and charm of a B&B. The only thing I did not like, was the fact that we only stayed for one night. There is nothing negatif to say on this B&B
The complex and foods The furniture within the rooms could be improved.
the delivery lorries unloading under our window at 2.00am.
Whilst I was on a business trip I decided to try something a little different from the usual and this certainly was. Very safe secure and pretty coplex with very good facilities inparticular the waterpark, stunning lake forest walks, ideal for a family as children can roam free in perfect safety even though as adult we both enjoyed ourselves. Well worth a visit. Room was not made up though this was dealt with very efficently, Hotel a little tired though as a family hotel this is understandable.
It is located in a very nice enviroment. Very nice place for families with children. Room is not nice, the bathroom smelled bad.
staff at the hotel friendly. just like what the hotel has a large park area. and also a big plus is the big pool with slides. Hotel located bit far from cities.
Fabulous 17th century house with sympathetically incorporated period features. Nice size room with great vieuws. Central location and family run.
The room was very comfortable , with a magnificant view of the garden and river. Very large bathroom with large bath tub. No in room ironing facilities, trouser press would have been benificial especially for business personnel. However there was a laundry service available which is ok if staying more than one night. Not possible to avail of it for one night stay
Very clean, modern and good value.
Well situated with good parking and interesting building
The scenery and rooms are very comfortable and stylish. The park, gardens and outdoors around the hotel was relaxing and beautiful. The eggs for breakfast were even provided by their own hens!
Very kind staff. As I asked to be at the highest floor, and the room I booked was in the 1st floor, I was offered a room in another location. Large studio with a nice view on Bruxelles and very quiet place in spite of the central location Louisalaan. Perfect.
A very nice hotel. Not a typical 'chain' hotel, and some nice, rather unique touches
Our Family including teenagers between the ages of 12 and 16 plus our Dog Jack enjoyed the true Belgian flare at the Hotel Roosendaelhof set amongst a beautiful surrounding garden. We really liked the Lounge room and Dining area overlooking the outer Park. Our Rooms were comfortable and clean. The Breakfast was a real feast and we really liked the fact that the dog was allowed in to the Hotel too.
Nice place, nice people, could be a bit cheaper may be. Nothing
Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room with good heating, nice decor, loved the painted window into the bathroom (but not for the modest!), tea/coffee facilities, reasonably priced minibar, lovely breakfast.
Pleasant staff, comfortable room in a good location. Free mini bar was a bonus, but offset by slightly more expensive prices.
On site parking, easy walking distance to town centre, pleasent helpful staff. Slow to check out, still has a "work in progess" feel about the hotel.
Staff were friendly and I was offered free parking. The beds were two single beds pushed together, it would be better to have one bigger bed.
