Very nice hotel , very well located. The personel was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast very good on the terrace of the hotel.

We arrived at the check in time (3 p.m.) but they gave us out room after one hour.

Old world charm and luxury, presented seemingly effortlessly. Impeccable service, fabulous attention to detail, top quality staff and very friendly to boot. We stayed in the presidential suite which is magnificent and huge. Rather like a rooftop penthouse with a wrap around terrace. The view is of both the lake (with the famous fountain) and the city. Dinner in the hotel restaurant on the terrace was worthy of a Michelin star or more. We’ll be back next time we’re in Geneva.
AC was a bit slow to cool the rooms down
