Lovely studio apartment which is a part of a large house that is also used for vacation rental. Home was built in 2016 and features modern amenities. The only shared amenities are the 30X15 ft pool and gazebo. The home is only 5 minutes away from Spotts Beach, Hurley's supermarket and local restaurants. Perfect for your a romantic getaway, business trip or simply to see the beautiful Cayman Islands. Featuring salt water pool, fully equipped gazebo with full bathroom and complete kitchen with BBQ grill. Private garden space dedicated parking for 2 vehicle Washer/dryer fully equipped kitchen perfect for you preparing your meals. There is a really neat table and comfy couch for your evening meals & relaxation There are also outdoor facilities to clean your dive gears.
