Overview Reviews
With a stay at Vacancéole - Les Jardins de Balnéa in Loudenvielle, you'll be in the mountains, within a 15-minute drive of Peyragudes and Val-Louron. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and an elevator (lift).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Lovely view. Friendly staff.
Cons: Would have been good to have a toaster and better range of kitchen equipment. Fridge froze food.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location for cycling the local cols, which are numerous and classics from the Tour. Right next to the property is a fantastic restaurant and bar, food was amazing. Great patisserie 100 yards away do the best Pain au Chocolats I've ever had. Next door to this is a little supermarket that had everything we need. Simply brilliant.
Cons: Instructions for keys and where to put the rubbish was unclear. Staff didn't speak English, which is absolutely reasonable, but a simple instructions sheet would have been useful in the main languages.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great view. Balcony to sit out on.
Cons: Reception didn't open till 9 in the morning. Wanted to be away earlier.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, free parking, great views of the mountains. The apartment we had was accross the road from the main hotel building. The staff were helpful at check-in, but we didn't need to speak to them until check-out.
Cons: Some better equipment in the kitchen would have been nice, and there was only a hob and microwave, no over or grill.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: It’d be great if basics of washing powder and cloth were there
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Terrace was dirty
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. In Loudenvielle, with a couple of restaurants, mini-market, boulangerie, sports hire shops etc. A short walk and you're at the lake, spa or pump track. In summer there's an outdoor pool with slides, zip wires in the trees and pedalos on the lake.
Cons: The accommodation is basic. I guess no frills would be a good description.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is surrounding the moutains and so close to the hotspring, there is navettes to go to the ski stations.
Cons: The check in has to be done before evening , that is not very practical, we wish to see someone to give us the keys and welcome us. The staff was not very keen to offer us more information and tools such as electrical appliances, wifi code etc
