An outdoor tennis court and a garden are other highlights at this upscale hotel, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Cons: The staff and their service is not at the level I would expect from a hotel at this price point and brand name. As just one example "valet parking" is the staff parking our car on the street and needing to move it in 3 hours because of parking limits.
When you stay at Hotel Les Mars, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens. Guests can enjoy the fitness center or take advantage of nearby hiking/biking trails. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, and minibars.
Pros: Loved this hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the area and bent over backwards to make our stay special. Hotel itself is gorgeous - super modern clean and elegant. Will definitely stay here again.
Pros: The room overlooks the main street thru town and was loud with all the car and truck noises.Better insulated windows??

Located in the heart of North Sonoma Wine Country, Hotel Healdsburg is the ideal venue for a romantic weekend, celebration or company meeting. A resort unto itself, the Hotel Healdsburg offers a full service spa, pool, country gardens, and Charlie Palmers Dry Creek Kitchen restaurant.
Cons: Reservation policy charged us for lost day due to car problems even though they received 48 hour prior notice.
Breakfast was mediocre for expensive venue.
Room had choppy layout and awkward. Not worth the price of the room.
When we arrived late no room key was available as promised and we had to wait for someone to show up.

Pros: The location was great, the wine they poured was very good and the homemade cookies were yummy. The front yard was quaint. The back was a dirt lot - ugly!
Cons: The breakfast room contained too many people with a long boring looking table, & it felt like a hotel and not a quaint B&B. Too many rooms for a B&B. Online pics were not current, & I had a better expectation of the place because of them. Nothing cute!
At Grape Leaf Inn, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens. Guests will have free perks like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. A bar/lounge and a terrace are offered, and rooms at this upscale bed & breakfast get the details right with premium bedding and bathrobes.
Pros: The hosts provided the most delicious breakfast to start off the day. The staff, accommodations and even the cat were top notch. The owners provided personal touches, such as personalized greetings at check in and at breakfast.
Cons: We stayed in the Lorraine Room in the main house. Though we had a private room with private bath, the bath was across the hall. And though the bath was quite large and comfortable, the claw foot tub was challenging to bathe in, especially being tall.

Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and water skiing, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast daily. Try your luck at the casino when you stay at Backyard Garden Oasis in Middletown. Guests can enjoy the spa tub, and hiking/biking trails and rafting are nearby. A terrace and a garden are other highlights, and rooms at this romantic bed & breakfast offer up nice touches like fireplaces and premium bedding.
Cons: The breakfast was pretty bland and not much offered.
Pros: Close to the freeway for easy access to Healdsburg and various parts of Sonoma County - helpful for visits to wineries. Breakfast was standard and outdoor area was nice for an evening glass of wine. Mini fridge is a plus though it is an unstable temp.
Cons: Bathroom door didn't lock, the towel hook was broken off (so no where to hang wet towels - we just got new ones every day which is a waste) and there was no fan so bathroom was steamy.
Pros: The pool and spa were perfect.. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The noise level of the street. Room was on the corner of an intersection.
Pros: Location and breakfast
Pros: Location is good and beds are comfortable.
Cons: Went to use the business center and the fax machine and printer were both not working. Let the front desk know and they said the printer keeps breaking and they have to keep fixing.
Pros: Overall, the location, the room, the accommodations and the staff were great.
Cons: The price of the room for a Thursday night seemed high.
Pros: The 5 pm wine tasting, the incredible breakfast, the shower pressure, the soft pillows, and our adorable balcony!
Cons: It's right next to the freeway, which isn't ideal. That said, we were on the non-noise side so we were fine!
Pros: The room was clean and included fridge and microwave. I enjoyed having the choice between soft and firm pillows and beds were comfortable.
Cons: My room was located on the corner of the building which is at an intersection of two roads which was quite noisy at times. I would definitely request a better room location next time.
Pros: There was complimentary evening wine tastings.
Cons: Noise level was loud. The elevator and upstairs neighbors made a good nights sleep impossible.
Pros: The continental breakfasts were great and not crowded, the shower head was great.
Cons: I usually would prefer more exercise equipment if there is room
Pros: Very clean, nice breakfast, location within walking distance to downtown Windsor, reasonably priced. I plan to book this hotel in the future. Perfect.
Pros: Clean hotel with very friendly staff.
Cons: My keys kept having to be replaced. They would become de-magnitized.

Cons: Breakfast room a bit crowded. Need two Belgian waffle makers to speed things up.
Pros: Easy off the Fwy and near shopping and food. staff friendly and helpful, especially when needed to use the Business office computer. Clean and room larger than had anticipated. Parking was easy and well lite.
Pros: Quiet, very clean, solid location.
Cons: Weak breakfast, high room rate.
Pros: For one night, it was okay. It seemed run down and the bed was lousy. I thought I had heard that it was redone but looked pretty shabby to me.
Cons: The bed and room was shabby.
Pros: Friendly, responsive staff. Great pool facility. Was very glad to see it was handicapped accessible.
Cons: Hair dryer did not work.
Pros: Spacious room, very helpful staff!
Cons: Cursory cleaning Sunday. Not a good job.Carpet had not been vacuumed the whole time I was there.
Pros: This hotel was more than I expected. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were really nice. I kind of expected it to be one of those older but clean kind of hotels but I was happily surprised that everything was really very nice.
Cons: I was happy with everything
Clean Rooms-Clean public spaces
Pros: Super nice employee. Represented your company very well.
It is due for renovation and up graded amenities. Breakfast is a waste of time to even bother.
Pros: Ample parking
Cons: For the price it was not worth it. Too expensive for quality of room and amenities.
Pros: Located was in a 'strip mall' that has eating, grocery & pharmacy, very convient.
While the owners are not the friendliest people, they are helpful and efficient. However it just may be a cultural. Two stars sounds like a dump almost. I had to stay in that area of town so I didn't really care about the star rating. It may be better to just post customer comments than these stars.
Pros: It's proximity to grocery store, stc.
SURPRISINGLY lovely experience at a Super 8, 2 star hotel. The room was very clean. There was a microwave and a fridge which I was not expecting, you almost never see that anymore. The pool and the hot tub looked enticing, but we didn't have time to jump in. The location was right off the highway and convenient to our destination (Asti Winery for a wedding). It's right in a plaza that has anything you could need which was also great. Plenty of parking. Breakfast and common space was so so, but continentals usually are.
Pros: Very clean. Amenities in the room were unexpected and welcomed - a microwave and a fridge. The pool and the hot tub looked nice but I unfortunately didn't get to go in. The location was perfect. Easily off the highway and good things around in the plaza.
Cons: Staff could have been friendlier.
New construction (2006) Interior corridors. Conveniently located off HWY 101 near several wineries and vineyards, and the Citrus Fairgrounds. Just 15 minutes from Lake Sonmoa and 30 minutes from Santa Rosa. We offer a SuperStart Breakfast, wired high speed internet, fitness room, business center, in-room coffee, microfridge, iron/board, AM/FM clock radio and cable TV w/4 HBO's, outdoor seasonal pool and heated spa. Shopping and restaurants nearby.
At Madrona Manor, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens. After having fun at the seasonal outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Rooms at this upscale inn offer up nice touches like premium bedding, bathrobes, and designer toiletries.
Cons: I paid a premium for a room with no AC. After notifying the staff they not only were unable to fix the issues they didn't provide any alternatives. They felt that a night spent at 85 degrees was worth a 15% discount. I will never book through Kayak again nor will I stay at a Best Western.
Pros: Super friendly service.
Pros: The room was nice and the continental breakfast was good. This was a convenient location to stay for the wedding we attended.
Cons: The tv in the room didn't work, but they fix it immediately. The jacuzzi tub also didn't work.
Pros: Plenty of parking and pleasant staff
Cons: Some trash was leftover when we checked in, some things could be updated such as the hair dryer
Pros: Two double beds and coffee machine and that they allow dogs as I have an ESA dog
Pros: Convenient location and clean rooms
Cons: No complaints
Cons: Reserved a king and was given a queen. Tried multiple times to resolve but they were uncooperative
Pros: It is an easy place to get to being right off the fwy.... that being said, we had a room that was noisier than before because it was on the street.
Cons: the coffee is like tea..... terrible
Pros: Location, beds
Cons: TV, cable channels were few, no available pay TV/movies.
Biggest issue however was the shower...impossible to get a steady and constant temperature. Frustrating and uncomfortable.
Pros: U def pay for location with this place. Luckily there is enough to do nearby that you don't have to stay long in the hotel
Cons: The 'Vintage pool' was dirty and disgusting, the 'vintage hot tub' was cold, wouldn't turn on, and filthy. This place is not well maintained which is surprising for what they charge.
Pros: ChargePoint EV station just opened across the street.
Pros: Reasonably priced and close to downtown and other wineries. The pool and spa are nice.
Cons: We were put in a handicap room. The workout room shared a wall and had a tv blasting on the wall that we shared. It was very loud! Also, the stairs came down in front of the room and people were very loud and the light was very bright in our room. Would ask not to be put in that room again. And the shower did not have a spot to put the showerhead on the wall; we had to hold it.

Cons: They need more towels in the rooms and towels out by the pool and hot tub. The breakfast could also be better
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: The breakfast room was very warm. The windows should have been opened. But the selection of food for breakfast was very nice. I am not sure why everyone was put in the same section of the hotel. This made it difficult for to park outside of our hotel roo
Cons: They had paper towels folded for napkins with the coffee pot and as padding in the soap/shampoo basket, the jets in the spa were not working, but it was heated, and the continental breakfast was a mess and no scrambled eggs or sausage or bacon.

Pros: I've stayed at super cheep hotels before out of necessity and this place was by far the nicest. The rooms were clean, they smelled good, and I was impressed by how much space there was. The family that runs it is very nice. We never did get the wifi password (you've got to ask for it they just give it to you automatically) and the TV had no reception. But the fridge worked so well it had started to freeze our food, and that was only after one night. The microwave worked really well too. There's also a super fun playground right across the street. My 4 year old keeps asking to go back and stay there. He had a really, really good time. Be sure to request a no smoking room. This a good place to stay, especially if you have kids.

Pros: We had the pleasure of staying here this weekend and I can confirm that all the previous reviews are exactly on point. This place is excellent!! We arrived to Paul greeting us with a cheese plate and wine then Paul served us a delicious breakfast the next morning. The entire place is absolutely charming...there is literally no detail overlooked. We stayed in one of the back cottages and it was adorable, clean and super comfortable. Even the mattress and pillows were top-notch. Soaking tub in the cottage complete with bath salts was also a nice treat. Our friends stayed in the main house and their room was equally impressive. I would highly recommend to others and would like to return. Very close proximity to many great wineries and activities around Healdsburg.
