Pros (+) The staff were very welcoming and the upgraded rooms were excellent. In particular way the reception staff were very helpful

Pros (+) Great location and the room had everything we could have wished for. Clean and comfortable. Satisfying breakfast the next day, too.
Cons (-) Parking - we booked this hotel because it said there was parking but in fact there are only a handful of spaces, which were all taken when we arrived meaning we ended up having to park in a multi story across town.
