Pros: Very good bathroom. Breakfast could hardly have been better. Good value for money.
Cons: Some bigger pillows would have been nice.
Pros: Very friendly, clean and nice.
Cons: Unfortunately, they had live music on the patio that night. So, it was loud and we went out for dinner!
Pros: The room itself was quite nice little ensuite shower and toilet do you want to know square but again it felt a little bit remote because the rest hotel closed down if I'd have been told before the books that would have been ok but I wasn't and at the time I arrived was nowhere else to go and nothing I could do it was a good year I brought something to eat with me
Cons: When I arrived the restaurant and food Park was closed because the chef excetera on vacation. this was the one horse town with nothing else in it know where to get anything to eat now to get a beer or any soda drink it was really in the middle of nowhere which is great from a point of the scenery but not when you arrive there and you want something to eat and the reason you chose in that hotel is because it says it's got a restaurant attached
Pros: The room is large and clean. Huge bathroom . We had a family crisis and they helped us out. I will never forget them.

Pros: Nice location, away from main roads. Very pleasant and helpful hosts. Very good breakfast with yummy jams and freshly squeezed juices.
Cons: Eggs for breakfast were offered only once.
Cons: The room was too small for being a king room.
Pros: Great location, very calm in a little dell with trees all around. The house is beautiful and the rooms well-appointed, particularly the bathrooms. The table d`hote is excellent.
Pros: The bar, jacuzzi, friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect shower
Pros: This is our second time and reason of why we want to come back every year is that the Place has unique ambiance and atmosphere, location is breathtaking too.
Pros: the park, the view , the genuity of the place. wonderful breakfast and welcoming people. bicycle were welcome . bathroom space was outstanding ( its lightning could be improved ) .
Cons: slightly small room , lack of space, could not hang up our clothes , lack of power plugs.
Pros: The location was beautiful! Beautiful decorated rooms with all the comfort you need (except for an airconditioning). Delicious breakfast!
Pros: The location was outside the village in the countryside in a charming castle well renewed, the domain was nice and in the middle of nature. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Good terrace with a nice view of the river. Ideal place for riding a bike and have a stroll. Nice playground with football field and trampoline for children.
Cons: Although the breakfast was correct and included in the price, the quantities and the variety were just, things like honey, lemon and eggs we asked for the second day were scarce and not on display. For check out the landlady was very strict on the hour 11am of the departure, instead of 12pm on other places, she could be more flexible considering that the end of breakfast time was 10h30... The indications for arriving at the castle should be improved. On the booking.com side the prices displayed were not correct and it should to be corrected, as discussed with the landlady
Pros: Very comfortable room. Lovely bathroom Very nice breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, excellent.
Cons: Perhaps more road signage to find property would be helpful
Pros: We really enjoyed the chateau. Warm thanks to Christophe and Sandy for making us feel at home in this fantastic place. Everything was perfect, including the gorgeous breakfast

Pros: Good size room with AC, there a bath and lovely fluffy towels, its in a nice location and had a garage to park my motorcycle .
Cons: The carpet had not been hovered.
Pros: Hotel was great, staff really friendly and breakfast was one of the best I've had.
Cons: Givet is not as nice as the tourist pictures would have you belive.
Pros: Generous breakfast
Cons: Only one bottle of hand-soap in the bathroom, broken and unusable.
Pros: Large clean bathroom
Cons: No onsite parking. Parking is free in the street but it is a really narrow and busy road constantly in use by boy racers. We arrived on a really hot day and the promised air conditioning was not working. The room was very small and the bed really uncomfortable. Luckily we had a great price from booking. Come as we found out the room should have been double what we paid. I would have been really upset if we had paid full price. I will never stay there again and would not recommend it.
Pros: Stylish interior, chic and good taste
Pros: For what we paid, the size and comfort of the room far exceeded out expectations. Generous bathroom, with jacuzzi
Pros: Very clean and nice rooms and in nice location
Cons: They could not speak English and they did not pick up that I paid through Booking.com during checkout
Pros: Rooms were big. Location is very good. Staff is very nice.
Pros: Great breakfast, one of the best. Excellent staff, great parking off motorcycles in a locked garage.
Cons: Nothing, I would stay again
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
Cons: The hotel closed in Sunday and we couldn't leave the bags there while we visited the city The toiletries didn't include shampoo. The sleepers weren't provided even though they were listed in the services of the room.

Cons: A smell from the restaurant was quite strong in the room.
Pros: Hotel in good position and private secure parking.
Cons: Extremely dated. No tea, coffee in room.
Pros: we arrived at 5.00 in the afternoon and found the Hotel CLOSED we waited for 15 minutes and a very Charming lady arrived to let us in, the central heating was not WORKING and that was the entire time we were there, also breakfast was 0ver priced and when we asked for some cooked eggs we were told that there was no GAS to cook them with. As for check out it took more than 15 Minutes as the Staff were not used to doing this they were constantly on the phone to the Owner to try and remedy matters I would like to say that the STAFF were Remarkable and I attach no blame on them but will never go BACK
Pros: The bed was comfortable , and the position pleasant
Cons: This is a one star hotel , with pretensions- and absurdly overpriced for what is provided. I cannot imagine how they can claim 3 stars : it failed at every level. Re grading ( and repricing) is well overdue The reception service was terrible, the breakfast poor , the room average , the bathroom shabby and plastic , the noise difficult ( and all the problems described by other reviewers were repeated for us) Despite being on a major cycling route, and promoting cycling in its blurb, the hotel had no provision for cycle storage, and made no effort to be helpful in sorting a solution In 7 weeks of cycle touring in 5 countries, this is the ONLY hotel that did not store our bikes safely Outrageously overpriced
Pros: Nice location.
Cons: No air-condition in the room (with hot weather, room is unbearable) No fridge Room has a small cabinet with the shower so no bathroom
Cons: WiFi did not work in our room; staff was incompetent and mono-languaged in spite of signs claiming otherwise. They also tried to charge for an expensive breakfast we did not have.
Pros: Very comfy bed, excellent location, very nice staff, parking right outside the hotel (if you can snag a space!). Good affordable selection of food
Cons: A bit overpriced for what you get.
Pros: A clean comfy room, friendly staff.
Cons: There was no actual hotel parking
Pros: No complaints - staff and facilities were good; view over river is lovely; located close to town centre, Italian restaurant next-door was excellent!
Cons: Reception is only staffed during certain hours so, outside these times, you must contact a nearby hotel to ask a member of their staff to come and check you in. However, once contacted, these staff were excellent. Not much English spoken, however this was not a problem as the staff were extremely helpful and we got around this.
Pros: Great location on the river. With free parking opposite if your lucky to get a space.
The Hotel ibis budget Givet is located on the Route de Beauraing between Charleville-Mézières and Dinant and on a main route from east to west Belgium. It is a stone's throw from the Centre Aqualudique Rivea leisure center and opposite the Rives d'Europe shopping center. The Hotel ibis budget Givet is the smart choice for economic accommodation. Stay in this brand new hotel with cocoon-style rooms for 1, 2 or 3 people, each with a shower, toilet, TV and free WIFI.
Cons: I am used to sleep in ibis Budget on my vacation, so I am ok with their equipment. But it was 43°C (and 26°C in the night) and air conditioning didn't work plus I had room in ground floor so it was uncomfortable to let the window open all night. In addition there were ants in my room and receptionist solve the problem with insect spray which smells pretty bad. So I was dissapointed this time...
Pros: The hotel and room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: It was a little further from the town than I would have liked. The shower did not drain very well.
Pros: Clean, simple rooms. Good value for the price. Nothing fancy, but a good place to spend a night.
Cons: Quite slow check in. In a rather suburban part of town.
Pros: Free parking, modern room
Cons: Very! Small room, toilet not properly fixed to the wall, to little storage space for 2 persons, nothing to drink available outside breakfast times.
Pros: Comfy beds. Nice staff.
Cons: Door did not close properly. No secure parking for bicycles. Shampoo missing. No privacy as window opened on the parking lot (ground floor).
Pros: Very good value for money!
Pros: quiet location, vicinity of supermarket
Cons: on the website a photograph of shower with a bench/tabouret was shown: i asked for it because i am handicapped; after the booking I got a message that there was not such a shower, that's picture fraud
Pros: There was nothing to like really except that there was an aqua park en bowling alley nearby
When you stay at Le Val Saint Hilaire in Givet, you'll be on a river and 10 minutes by car from Hastière Heritage House. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Stuff is friendly
Cons: It was hot at night and we had to open the window, but then it was too noisy as the hotel is near the road. The room was not properly cleaned.
Pros: Stayed here before and like the location - Givet is a charming town on the river Meuse.
Cons: The Hotel is quite expensive for what is provided.
Pros: Good location- by the river. Good car park- behind hotel.
Cons: Poor tea making facilities in room. Breakfast wasn’t value for money.
Pros: Good location with plenty of parking
Cons: Breakfast was dreadful and 14 euros each! Poor choice. Meats had been in chiller the night before and had not been replenished. No cheese at all. Fresh fruit was shrivelled up Don't have the breakfast. It is the most expensive we have ever had and by far the worst
Pros: The view from the window of the bedroom was a very nice one over the river.
Cons: We didn't have breakfast as there was a large fly buzzing around inside the chiller cabinet where the breakfast meats and cheeses were stored. There was no floor covering on the stairs or the corridor floors so when people arrived late at night it was very noisy also the guest room doors creaked and banged loudly whenever opened during the night.
Pros: b'fast good ---excellent location
Cons: little storage space for clothing . Had to ask tor tea/coffee facilities and waited a day. poor toiletries overall inferior room not superior
Pros: good secure parking for are 4 motorcycles This was are second stay at this hotel
Cons: more choice at breakfast.
Pros: Great location, secure parking. Excellent food in sister hotel nearby
Pros: The breakfast.
Cons: Nothing in particular. Maybe there was no air-conditioning!
Pros: Lovely family run business in a great location beside the river.
