Give importance to the rooms in terms of providing blotting tissues and change the color of the curtain and there is a good shampoo and soap to the hands If you use a Visa or mastrcard they add 3%
Wireless internet worked nicely. Lot of TV channels. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very basic. Maybe the selection would have been better,if I didn't arrive in the last minute for breakfast.
The staff are so nice and they do not try to rip you off!
Nothing at all. You miss represented the hotel and it is absolutely the worst hotel. We demand a refund.guest had to go out middle of night to look for rooms.
that i got another room without any trouble after the firts was very bad the room, non english speaking reception, traffic noise in the room, no credit card payment possible, properness of the room.
I did liked anithing in the hotel
N.B., this is not a "Holiday Inn." The hotel is a good bargain for the price. While it is marketed as a four-star, it is actually a three-star--there is nothing at all luxurious about it. It's on a very busy Mohandiseen main road, so, if you're sensitive to noise, don't stay here. I was the only non-Arab staying at the hotel, which is fine. However, if you're American or British and would feel awkward being the only non-Muslim, white person around, look elsewhere. The staff is great and will bend over backwards to help answer any question or make you comfortable.
Location, cleanliness, breakfast included, and friendly staff Wifi is not included, lights in bathrooms not bright enough, also shower pressure was low.
location old room, the bathroom is dirty, bad breakfast
Size of rooms and the colors of the furniture
Great hotel to stay in. It's in Mohedsin, West of the Nile and easy to reach Old Cairo, though you need to take a taxi every time. It is not on the Metro line. Make sure you take the white taxis as they are all metered - thanks to the hotel staff for recommending them as they are much better. Hotel is good to stay in, comfortable room, excellent housekeeping, double glazing so you can actually shut out the madness outside the window. Staff were also helpful, and without demanding the customary Egyptian tip. Will stay again in this place. No one knew where the hotel was as the hotel is quite new - to find your way, ask for the "Nabila Hotel' which seems to be an old and established one, and this hotel is right next door.
The hotel staff were very friendly and provided good services - I stayed twice at this hotel - once at the start of the trip and again at the end and on both occasions had a good experience - though the second room was of a far better quality than the first occasion. I like the hotel generally - the maintenance of the rooms could be improved particularly in the bathroom areas. Also the shower areas of two rooms I stayed in were very dark with poor positioning of the ceiling light - otherwise a good reasonable room
We were picked up by one of the staff at the airport at 5.05am. We were checked into our room very much earlier than the normal hours. The staff was friendly and always willing to help The towels were hard. The room was very small for the two of us.
Spacious room, friendly staff Hard bed
Few of the staff were excellent....namely George, the Manager. Baseem the Driver and I think its Carol the Waitress who is so friendly at the morning breakfast. They bring the smile after a tiring trip with their friendly attitude.
Excellent hotel, excellent staff, very helpful, over my expectation....value for money is also great....don't forget to take earplug because the street is always busy...apart that, a wonderful place to stay, just like home....
everything was good , we wouldv stay there again if we go back to Cairo
The location is perfect. Really nice and comfortable area. V
Good sized (triple) room and helpful staff. The breakfast was pretty limited.
Very friendly reception staff and a special mention for our friendly waiter Hani from the bar/restaurant. No pushing of tours without request, and the ones we did request were good, by private car and driver. Though not in down town Cairo, the hotel location ended being much better, by feeling central and busy without the extreme chaos of down town Cairo. Adjoining Cigar Cafe was a welcome oasis for a few cold beers at a reasonable price. Breakfast was rather sub-standard, plenty of room for improvement there.
It's a very good value for money. It has almost all the comforts of a 4* hotel in the price of a 3* The only think is that there is no lift in the building.
