not overly expensive, at least to a westerner service was unfriendly. they didnt tell us when breakfast was, so we missed it. the air conditioning didn't work initially. the room was sparse with not enough lighting.
location and service staff very helpfull
Freindly staff, nice rooms and overall nice plce to rest when you are tired. As the hotel is located on street, we used to hear car horns and traffic noise alot.
Good location with a nice view of pyramids. Lots of sound of traffic, as hotel is located on the main road. Rooms were not well cleaned with stain marks & hair over the beddings plus they have a major issue with their air conditioning system, I had to change my room twice in the middle of night due to this problem.
The location is very nice, close to the Piramids, and ohter great tiristic sites in Cairo.
Staff was very pleasant. Location of hotel is good. Meal in breakfast was not very good. Cleaning service was waking me up every morning at 8 am
Views from the roof terrace. Friendliness of staff. Swimming pool atmosphere
Had a wonderful stay with the whole family, highly recommended, lovely staff, good location
Nothing special in particular. If you want to stay late forget it! cleaners knock your door at 8 am in the morning and keep on knocking it till you answer. Besides, there is a school (or whatever) by the hotel and you wake up with the announcements for students. I recommend you go to bed early so you can wake up early yourself and have a fresh start to the day. Reception staff seems interested in your requests, particularly your travel requests. They never recommend to use a public transport, instead they guide you to taxis (generally drivers who are friends of the hotel staff) which is disturbing. Internet is a disaster, the slowest connection in the world for 30 egyptian pounds (5 US dolars) for 1 hour. I recommend not to use it or you will go crazy!
nothing special This hotel urgently need a renovation.
The rooms were not really clean and the breakfast was poor. The only real advantage of this hotel is that it is located close to the pyramids.
Very good position of you have short time and wants to visit the pyramids.
the hotel staff are very helpful nothing really
Had a great tour agent at hotel, very helpful. Bit noisy but overall great The traffic noise
The staff was quite polite and helpful I had two nights here on two different days. One of the rooms was really good, but the other one was not that much. So it was strange for me that there was such a big difference between the rooms. What I did not like the most was the noise, it was really hard to sleep in this way.
The Grand Pyramid view.Swimming Pools.Breakfast and timely house keeping. Coffeemaker was not provided in the hotel room to make morning coffee
The ambience of the hotel at the pool side especially during the early evening when good singers do sing for the guest while dining and relaxing. can't think of any except for the food served everything morning (breakfast) was same all the way from day one to day 4th of our stay. But twas still fine.
Quiet, peaceful atmosphere, good lawn & swimming pools.Food also good Business center starts late .It should be working for 24 hrs so that business people can use it's facilities.
Service/hospitality were fair. Need to wait more than 5 hours for room, even though we booked 2 weeks ealier. Rooms are neat and spacious, comfortable, they don't have much varities of food, as normal 4 star hotels have. Need to wait more than 5 hours for room, even though we booked 2 weeks ealier. Staff not well fluent in English.
All rooms with balconies with a distant view of the pyramids of Giza. Also choice of several restaurants at the hotel.
I`d liked the free Internet, and the people where friendly. The cleaning service was a nightmare.
Staff was cordial and room cleanliness good. Location of hotel is not very good.
Noise noise noise!!!
The bathrooms were kept clean.there is no facility in your hotel for handicapped or snior citizens willing to use your hotel.it is only good for young tourists.the room service was lousy.next time we have to be careful in making reservations in your hotel,as my husband who has injured knee suffered a lot at your location.
The staff and breakfast spread were both impressive...the location was not ideal, but overall its a safe option for a first time in Cairo The photos don't really give the most accurate picture of the hotel...there are views to be had from one side of the building, but the hotel is basically a building, no compound
it was a very clean and nice hotel. Just like the pictures, new compared to other ones more expensive... The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the hotel was veeery nice!!! We would stay there again!!! the noise from the road outside that never ends!! We were on the 8th floor and we still could hear it.... But Cairo is a noisy town.
Is about 5 km's from the Pyramids. You can see them from the rooftop area, which is spectacular. Facilitiesand staff were good.
breakfast buffet, comfy room location
Near pyramids, near many local resturuant. But far away from the City and Nile river. nobody was serving at the Pool bar. Nothing in the mini-bar
The facilities of the hotel (i.e swimming pool, restaurant, room service etc) are excellent. The staff was very friendly and polite. However the surrounding area and the level of public transportation lack quality. The hotel should finally redecorate the swimming pool bar "Osiris". Moreover, the overall quality of the hotel could be enhanced by providing transportation service (i.e mini buses free of charge) from and to the Cairo International Airport due to its distance.
nothing when we get to the hotel the people in the reception didnt stop to call to the room to make business. The room was big but bad the clothes of the bed was not clean. In the bathroom we had problem the water came to the room and bugs. we didnt whant even to see the breakfast for sure not good.
friendly staff, good breakfast, big room dirty rooms, dinner in restaurant terrible, location
Management and staff are very helpful but do not try asking for a room without booking as one might be turned away. I was turned away when making enquiries without booking and told there was no room and rates were higher, while thwy had rooms available.
the location was very convinet to get around. The rooms where connected and helpfull to my family. Yes, somoking was unristricted. everything done by staff attracted request for tips. the bathroom shawer was faulty, reported and nothing was done.
The room was clean. The location was 15 minutes Taxi ride to the Pyramids, not a stroll as described on the Hotel website. The decor of the hotel was a bit drab and a lot of work is needed to get the hotel looking better.
It had a refrigerator and T.V. Carpet was dirty. Swimming pool had no water. They were doing construction on the floor above me. It's on a very busy street so the traffic noise is pretty constant. You said they took visa but when I checked out, they said they didn't take credit cards and I had to go to an ATM to get cash to pay.
Restaurant staff and front office staff were friendly & co-operative. Yes, free breakfast was useless and same all foods all the time.
