Very warm and comfortable.Helpful staff and despite being out of season extremely good and well presented food. The hotel is definitely the smartest business in the area where it is situated!

Cleanliness, friendliness and proximity to train station.

The daytime employees and kitchen staff were excellent The last night my air conditioning broke in the room and they didn't offer to move me to a different room nor could they find me a fan!

We stayed at this hotel because we had an early morning flight out of Lamezia Terme the following morning. The hotel seems quite new, lovely, and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. It is only about 5 minutes from the airport which was very convenient. I will say that our first impression of the neighborhood was not the best, but there was nothing to be concerned about. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us and there was a cute pub, yes pub, a block from the hotel and we had a great dinner with the locals.I would stay here again without hesitation. Lovely!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Clean. Good food. For us the room was too hot. We had difficulty sleeping on one or two nights

Fantastic new hotel with great staff and facilities.

The staff was exceptionally helpful in recommending places to eat and directions to locations inside town. The directions to their hotel that you furnished were essentally useless. It took us 21/2 hours of driving time within a 15 mile radius of the city to find the very isolated liocation of this hotel. We were using a printed map and directions from your site as well as a GPS. The adress given was completely inadequate.
