Pros. Facilities were lovely and situated ideally for the Hydro.
Cons. There was an obvious staff shortage which led to poor service particularly for dinner, which we had booked on arrival, as advised. There was also confusion as to whether we had booked our room and I suspect if we had not printed off PROOF that we had booked and paid for the room they would have disputed it. Also breakfast included in the price did not include cooked breakfast - very dissapointed.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. The security staff member at the hotel swore at me for no apparent reason on 12/11/16 morning and threatened to kick me out for...AGAIN..no apparent reason, well his reply was, "cos a Dont like yae" when asked why I was being threatened. Shocked and disgusted at the treatment I had to endure and verbal abuse I had to take. Avoid this hotel if you can, plenty hotels nearby. A complaint will be submitted to management.
Pros. The staff was helpful in recommending a place for dinner.
Cons. That wifi wasn't free as advertised when we booked the room.
