Pros (+) Nothing, my stay here was a nightmare. At least the customer service rep gave me a full refund
Cons (-) Hotel was right next to a noisy Highway. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff was rude when I asked to be moved to a different room even though he realized the smell was present and other rooms were available. Did not offer me a refund, did not accommodate in any way. Beds were small and uncomfortable room was not welcoming. Hardwood floors very dingy

Cons (-) There was an incident that occurred where someone screamed up and down the hall at 8 in the morning. Hoping it was a one time thing, but it really scared me. The cops were called and resolved the issue.
