Cons: There was trash under the car seats. The car was not in top shape--the knob to adjust the mirrors didn't work, and the car made loud intermittent noises on the interstate.

Cons: Found used syringe needles in the car. When I dropped it off, they were appropriately mortified, but wouldn't offer any discount. I'm still waiting for a call back from customer service.

Cons: Being called and hour before pickup time and being told they had no cars. Had to switch companies and locations and lost and hour and a half of travel time.

Cons: 1) Minivan was very dirty inside and out. 2) Although not requested, minivan came with GPS that would not stay off (it would turn on every 10 minutes - very annoying on a 18 hour trip)! Customer service could not help and unit could not be disconnected. 3) Headrest in rear seat was broken and poked into passengers head. Headrest was attached and could not be removed. Had to tie it back with rope. 4) Safety - rear passenger seat belt would not click properly. Multiple times the belt would just come undone. Agent was able to verify upon return to store.

Cons: They did not had the car that I booked from Kayak. I had to go to some other place to rent the car. It had wasted a lot of time and money.

Cons: There was no car available when I got there. They claimed they tried to call, but I didn't receive any calls, text or email stating that they don't have anything available. And they showed no effort to accommodate something else.
