Welcome to O'Driscoll's Bed & Breakfast. They are located in the picturesque village of Glin, Co. Limerick, on the south shore of the River Shannon, on the N69. En Route from Shannon Airport and Limerick City to Tralee/Killarney & the Ring of Kerry. They are centrally located on the Main Street of Glin, next to Conway's Bar. They are approved by the Irish Tourist Board & off top Quality Accommodation. Twins/Doubles/Triples & Family Rooms, Ensuite available - All with Power shower, Hairdryer, Tea/Coffee making facilities, T.V. & Wireless Broadband access. Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9:30 each morning in their breakfast room over looking the private garden. Wouldn't it be nice to Relax in their Garden after a long day of sight-seeing with a nice cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy a leisurly walk along the River Shannon or head off on one of the side roads & enjoy the scenic views of the Shannon estuary & the local countryside. There are a number of Nature walks in the area - Tarbert, Glin, Loughill, Foynes to name a few. Between Foynes and Askeaton you will find the Aughinish Nature Reserve. Between the village of Loughill & Foynes you will find the Award-winning Boyce Gardens. These wonderful gardens are open to the public during the Summer months. Here you will find a selection of plants most suited to Irish conditions. Glin Castle is the seat of the 29th Knight of Gliun - Desmond Fitzgerald, who's family have had land here for over 700 years. The castle is now a luxury hotel but the gardens are open to the public. O'Driscoll's Bed & Breakfast was nominee in the 2006 Irish Welcome Awards.
