Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.

I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
Our flight delayed, due to the incoming flight arriving late from Paris. AF caused us to miss our connecting flight, also booked through Air France directly. They couldn't accommodate us until later that night, and we had to be in AMS earlier than that. They won't do anything else to help us and wanted to charge us more money to rebook us too. Not great service, since it was all their fault.

The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)
It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.

Wasted a lot of time trying to find the CDG lounge - it was not next to the connecting flight gate like the Air France staff said.
The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.
I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.
Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

I initially boarded in a very comfortable and large plane and was told there was a mechanical issue with a waste receptacle. We sat on the plan for a good few hours, then were told we can deplane and that we would take off shortly. Delays continued and four hours later my flight was cancelled, and I had to quickly rebook another. The flight I rebooked was also delayed, and I when we boarded, I wound up on a small plane in a middle seat for the 6-hour journey and it was extremely uncomfortable. No issues with the staff in any way, just the overall experience of the delays, cancellations, and downgrade in comfort on such a long flight. It is significantly impactful on how you feel post travel and I was exhausted and sore from the experience.
It was pretty good, they give a small blanket, neck pillow and earphones. The only bad thing was not big enough leg room for your bag and feet. They gave us a snack, dinner, and breakfast on flight and food was good considering it was on a plane
I bought this ticket for my daughter. She had to pay for her carry on bag to be checked. My understanding is that transatlantic flights included carry on and personal item The nickeling and diming fo legacy carriers has stooped to an all time low. So sad.
The Economy Plus rows weren’t as roomy as expected, and the meal service left a lot to be desired for.
Absolutely the worst at baggage handling. Our baggage still has not been delivered. They couldn't find it in Dublin then when we got to Edinburgh they said the 2 bags were sitting in Dublin. After spending an hour filling out forms at the counter. We left for our hotel, bags arrived in Edinburgh at 505pm using my satellite tracker. Tried calling the numbers provided, no answer to their 24/7 service. Next morning the bags are still sitting at airport, no movement. Called different number provided by hotel in Sterling, the said it's souly the responsibility of the courier service now and they couldn't help. Completely ruined our travel plans, we must find clothes to purchase today instead of going to the museums we had purchased tickets for. This loss is costing us thousands in already paid hotels and services. No one takes any responsibility. I'll be contacting legal services on our return. We will never forget and I'll be a social advocate to avoid using this service.
I was disappointed with my experience on my Aer Lingus flight from Denver to Dublin. One of the biggest issues for me was the attitude of the cabin crew. They came across as cold, unfriendly, and unapproachable. There was very little warmth or friendliness, and I rarely saw anyone smile. I did not feel that the crew made passengers feel welcomed or cared for, which makes a significant difference on a long international flight. The cabin was also extremely cold and uncomfortable. What made this more frustrating was that we were instructed to put everything, including our blankets, underneath the seats at certain times rather than being allowed to keep ourselves covered. Considering how cold the cabin was, this was particularly uncomfortable. I also did not appreciate the tone used when giving some of these instructions. At times, the communication came across as unnecessarily loud and abrupt rather than polite and courteous. I understand that cabin crew have important safety responsibilities and passengers need to follow instructions, but those instructions can still be delivered in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner. Unfortunately, the lack of warmth and hospitality from the crew was the most disappointing part of my Aer Lingus experience.
Cabin crew was one of the worst in memory. Poor in delivering service - in some cases skipping it altogether. Someone in baggage handling managed to steal my electronic bag tracker from Apple.
I buy ticket from you and when I go to the airport aer Lingus they tell me you need travel visa for Ireland for one hour travel so when I buy tickets there no requirement I need transit, visa or not so when I try to cancel my ticket or change my ticket, you guys say there is no refund so you u guys take all my money which is very disappointed
The aircraft was clean and relatively comfortable- for an aircraft seat. The entertainment was good. The food was terrible, especially the “breakfast “ which was a cereal bar, and just not good. The crew were amazing, professional and no complaints there. The food was so bad, I know for my return, it will be inedible.

I love flying with them, the long-haul was fantastic. The short flight from Dublin --> Switzerland was horrible though. Most narrow seats I ever had, first and only time in my life I couldn't even close the seatbelt in seat 1A which was very embarrassing so I had to sit in the middle, because that seatbeld was 20cm longer. No idea why seat 1A would have a much shorter belt, it's just ridicilous. Also I hate the fixed seats, way too narrow.
Food was mediocre, but as expected in economy class on an airline. Wrap was ice cold , my son’s served by a steward on the next aisle was warm . As expected, but at least heat the food up a bit. No frills, but it’s economy. Excellent free WiFi was a bonus
Flight takeoff was delayed an hour, but arrival time was not updated at the same time as departure time, so those picking me up at the other end were not alerted to the change in my arrival.
Baggage fees are deceptive! When I booked this flight, I purchased two tickets and had indicated that I wanted one checked bag. That increased the ticket price by about $100 PER TICKET!. When we went to check in, I was told that I could only check ONE bag, even though I had purchased TWO tickets. I had to pay an additional $50 each way for my wife’s bag. In my opinion, I paid twice for her bag.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a flight with American that has been without problems. Mostly delays - this time for over 3 hours. They should have just brought another plane into the terminal but they just had everyone sitting around misterable all day. They turned a 3 hour flight into a 12 hour trip for me (including the “planned” layover). It was ridiculous.
The flight from American side was good, my main issue this was a part of a partner flight with gol, preventing me to use digital boarding passes and doing checking previous of the arrival to the airport.
Id like for them to not have lost my bag. And maybe be a little nicer to me, given the fact they lost my bag.
The flight was delayed but we were given no updates. The time just kept changing in the board. We were delayed on the runway as well. Then, my bag was lost and still hasn't been returned.
The flight landed in Phoenix and taxied the runway for 15 additional minutes. I had a connecting flight I barely made it to because of the delay of the plane taxing the runway.
The flight was delayed a dozen times and finally took off 3 hours late. American gave us 12 dollar vouchers which barely buys you a water at the airport. Options to rebook were easy to access and complete although I didn't go this route.
I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.
In premium economy I was expecting a bit cleaner area. Tables were not very clean. Only one of us received a blanket and pillow. The food was okay. Probably a smidgen better than coach. The crew were very nice but should have done more walk through to at least pick up trash.
The economy seats are very cramped and the food was bizarre. However, I did like the greek yogurt option for breakfast.
horrible our connectig flight was late and we had to rush thru DFW to the next gate with 15 minutes time. Get to gate and its changed. no one knows whats going on . finally get a new gate and the plane has been sent back to the hanger . Boarded 4 hours after our original flight time and then sat at the gate for over an hour as the captian said the cargo doors were open and no one was in the airprot or on the ground to find out what was happening. this caused us to miss the first day of the tour as we missed our transfer and hotel meetup no apologies or accomodations offered to assist
