6.3 Good
Pros: It was ok considering the remoteness of the hotel.
Cons: Again the town is very remote. And you cannot expect too much. All things considered. I had a good sleep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice and relaxed staff. The rooms are clean. Good for a one night stop on your way to/from el chalten.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stopped here while driving from Bariloche to El Chaltén. We just stayed overnight, the hotel was fairly good, with boiler and some stuff to have some tea, coffee, or mate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room in a very nice town. The staff were nice and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place, tidy, clean and friendly check-in. A nice bonus, a selection of various cookies and jams for the breakfast! Great value for money! Highly recommend!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: The shower was a bit difficult to operate, and it had a weak stream.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Well, you've got a bed and your inside. But that about sums it up. The room has a little table, a fridge and a little kitchenette. There is a water heater in the room.
Cons: The place is quite run down. Our bathroom reeked of smoke. There was a window that opened up into some sort of covered alley which had a very penetrant deep fryer smell. Bathroom very small. We were overcharged - the property added VAT to the price even though we were exempt from that and they took our passport information for that purpose. I was warned that the property did not offer a proper "breakfast", but what they did give you was quite laugable. A couple of crackers in the room, that's about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is an excellent hostel in a village in the middle of nowhere. The room was not very large but it was more than enough for a lone traveler like myself. I liked that there was a table in the room so I could work on my laptop. There is no real breakfast other than biscuits, butter, dulce de leche, coffee, tea and juice in the room. For me it was adequate and I liked the fact that they were available for me to consume them whenever I liked. The wifi was acceptably fast.
Cons: There is a private parking which is next to the road so, practically it offers no security even though, I don't think there is a security problem in Gob. Gregores. I had a motorcycle and I was allowed to park it in the back yard. At the check-out time the credit card machine could not connect to the internet but the lady at the front desk was very kind to call a friend with a device that charges the card through a cellular phone.

Pros: Very friendly hosts!!! Thanks to inviting us to the great dinner!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Estancia in Argentina. Very cool setting in the middle of the remote area in Argentinan patagonia. We had two amazing days with great Asado grill and good wine.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed staying here and wished we had more time to stay longer! We felt very at home and welcomed, everything was clean and the dinner/breakfast was delicious. Added bonus of 6 cute puppies and other animals :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere, the dinner and the host!
Cons: A great moment with great people, this place is truly one of kind! Dinner was amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The estancia Santa Thelma is a true oasis in the middle of the desert. We were welcomed by Marc-Antoine and his joyful dogs. Our room was tastfully decorated - just like the rest of the farm - was beautiful animal skins, colourful stones, and vintages objects. We paid a quick visit to the horses and sheeps, and then had diner. It was a real treat, both because of Isabelle's great onion tart and Marc-Antoine's wonderful meat, and because of the great company. In addition to Marc-Antoine and Isabelle were two of his sons and two other travellers. This ensured great conversation, we learnt about Patagonia, ecology, and the ruthless life of Argentinian farmers. We would definitly have stayed longer if hadn't already booked the next step.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is authentic Patagonia. A variety of accommodation on a working estancia - horses and dogs about the buildings. Sheep and guanaco on the hills. There is nothing "corporate" or sterile about Estancia Santa Thelma - everywhere there are reminders of the history of Patagonia and the work of the gaucho. Marc-Antoine was very welcoming and wanted us to get the best out of the estancia experience. We ate with him and his sons and the two volunteers in the evening - some of the best steak cooked on an open fire. We only wished we could stay longer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hosts, great food and very good location.
Cons: Nothing much, was a real unique experience.
