I had made three reservations late in the evening (8:30 pm PST) and I believed I had make a reservation for the following day. Upon arrival I learned I booked the previous day, I asked if the hotel could honor my reservation as it was a clear mistake on my part. Apparently there are NO EXCEPTIONS and I was charged for all three rooms. Beware once this property has your $$ you are not going to get a refund -- customer service is everything in my book and I'll be crossing this hotel off my list when in Turks and Caicos.
