Pros:
Could not have been any worse an experience. Went to pick up car and agency closed before stated time of closing at 5 pm. Called next morning and agency not responding. Called AVIS Intl, they said all cars booked, nothing to rent. Reservations don't seem to matter to AVIS. DO NOT USE AVIS!!!Cons:
ANY OTHER AGENCY. CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS DO NOT MATTER TO AVIS. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. IF YOU ARE RENTING, RENT AT AIRPORT AND SAVE YOURSELF A $120 CAB RIDE TO OFFSITE AGENCY. STAY AWAY FROM AVIS!!6.0 Okay

Cons:
We ordered a mid size car and got an old Suzuki. The seat was falling off in the back and scraped my kids when they were getting off the car. It took us for about an hour to get our car. Overall not a very pleasant experience. Would not recommend.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Nothing other than the good gas mileage which is expected with this type of vehicle.Cons:
The staff charges a $20.00 fee for “pick up and drop off”, absolutely ridiculous. The car was not vacuumed upon pick up, it smelled like horses manure, and drop is super confusing. I have literally never had such a bad experience with a rental. I will be submitting a claim with my financial institution for the extra $20.00 fee which is nowhere on your website.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was friendly and the pick up was relatively easy. The car was old and worn but I expected that as this is a budget rental. There was no one there for the drop off and I had to just park the car and drop the key. They charged me an additional $25 for something but I can not find out what it was. No answer on their phone. The car also had a loose battery cable and it would not start at least a 1/2 dozen times until I opened the hood and reconnected it. I had no way to tighten it so it continued throughout the rental periodCons:
Almost everything could have been better. Unless you are handy and happy with a beater car rent somewhere else.3.6 Poor
