The staff was very nice and helpful

There was absolutely no attention to details at this place. For example the cable that connected to the television did not have any fitting on it, it was just jammed into the connector on the television. I sensed the entire property was rigged like this. Also this part of the city is physically lower than the rest and I could smell what can only be described as open sewers every time I left or returned....although this had nothing to do with hotel it made it much less appealing.
