Location is great for the city centre and park nearby for families. Given a family room without extra charge which was lovely.
Went to go to the swimming pool with our son at the hours specified. Told he can’t go in with arm bands on as any inflatable isn’t allowed, ridiculous to classify them as an inflatable like a lilo it’s an aid for swimming. When challenged told it’s not a pool it’s a spa so lucky he can swim anyway and just hold him. Also doesn’t say this on the website anywhere or booking.com which when mentioned they said “we’re telling you now” which is no good as it’s part of the reason we booked the hotel so my wife and son had something to do whilst I went to Sierra Nevada. Breakfast was awful...orange juice and coffee good, everything else well past its best, hot dog for a sausage which at 12.50 pp is a joke. Said we weren’t paying and didn’t eat anything, then told to prove that we didn’t eat anything, had to politely but firmly tell them it’s not a debate and leave.

The bed was very comfy it was clean and plenty of hanging space
Going to the spa from your room ment you had to get dressed it would have been nice if they supplied a bathrobe and slippers ..

Clean room, comfortable, location of the hotel was good, nice staff at reception. Overall a pleasant stay.
The spa is extra and my 14 year old wasnt allowed outside 10am-12pm so it wasn't possible for the 2 of us to use it. Food at the cafeteria was below average.
