Veronica ( young woman, I think that’s her name) was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. She was friendly and cheerful and answered other questions we had. Liked the car- drove well snd was comfortable. It was an easy process to order the car overseas. Drop off procedures made clear. Thank you.

You’ve got to be kidding me. What an absolute pathetic joke of a rental car company. Where do I even begin… First upon arrival for our 3 PM reservation we walked in at 2:15pm. We were immediately told by a rude clerk that the rental was not ready - we thought this was interesting given that our reservation time was 45 minutes from our arrival. Still though, all she said was to go away and come back for our reservation. She never said specifically when, but that the reservation wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. We went to lunch - In Spain, lunches are traditionally longer than expected we were not finished until 330 and immediately walked over to the rental car station. It was then where we were told by a different rude clerk that The car we had reserved was no longer available and that we needed to have been they are to pick it up within 15 MINUTES of the reservation time. She stated that because we weren’t, the reservation had been completely CANCELED. As you can imagine this was a complete surprise to us a because A) that is an absolutely absurd expectation for individuals traveling, and B) because we were never told this the first time we visited this location—NOR WAS IT STATED IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Because our reservation was canceled we tried to rebook from a different location with a car available the next day; somehow the story gets even better. Upon arrival for our 9 AM reservation the next morning we sat there and waited until 9:15am and no one even showed up to the store. We called the number posted on the front door and an individual actually told us that the reason no one was at the store was because we hadn’t completed a detail on the reservation that stated we had an international drivers license. We were never even told we needed an international drivers license. Apparently this is an expectation for Enterprise, but IT IS NOT for several of their competitors (Six car rental, Hertz, Avis). The happy ending is that we were able to book a car with Six and not have to miss the rest of our trip. Enterprise rental nearly made us miss the wedding we were planning to attend. If you are looking for a reliable affordable communicative rental car service I do not recommend enterprise rental car with any fiber of my being. My suggestion is to book with Hertz, Avis, or Six car rental first and foremost.

Drop-off after hours was straighforwardPick up took 30 minutes. It could have been 5 minutes, if one member of staff had been in the car park and the other membver of staff had dealt with the minimal paperwork and left the customer to walk with the car keys from the office to the car park

you pay if they don't have the car you rentedStaff were very friendly.Did not have the car I reserved so I was forced to get a bigger car and they made me pay for the difference. Did not explain anything about the drop off procedure even though they knew I would return car after closing hour.
