Pros (+) Some of the activities: especially snow tubing Christmas lights: amazing views Central atrium view: just beautiful
Cons (-) Cleanliness: the bathroom wasn't clean enough. Luckily the water was draining well but it seemed like my old apartment. Money: although 4 star hotel, didn't meet their standards in cleanliness Customer Service: Long waits to a point I didn't want to ask my questions or convey concerns or my needs (ex, soap/my wife needing shower cap, make-up removal, etc)

Cons (-) I wish restaurants were open on the days we were there, not only two days a week.. Had to ask for two cribs twice, still only got one initially.
Pros (+) The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and very helpful even though they were working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I was especially pleased with the service in the Silver Bar on Christmas Eve evening. The two young ladies did a fantastic job.
Cons (-) I stayed at the hotel at the busiest time of the year, 23-26 December. The wait to park at the hotel and to check in were extreme. The wait was about 30-45 minutes waiting in line of cars to get up to the lobby and to valet. Then, it was another 30 minute wait to check in.

Room was more like what you would see in a 2.0 star hotel. Nothing to brag about at all. If the room was as nice as the rest of the resort you wouldnt be able to say much bad about this place. Cons (-) The room is a lot to be desired. Stayed at better rooms in a lot CHEAPER motels. Yes, it was clean, but for a $250 a night resort room, I would definitely expect more. A bit understaffed for a place this large. Hard to find anybody to help or even ask questions to, at times. Having to pay $19 dollars to SELF park is ridiculous But then so is $30 for them to park it for you.
