Great car and service all around! Katie was very helpful and made renting a car a great experience. I will definitely rent from Avis again in the future.
The rental office was closed. We couldn't get any satisfaction from either Priceline or Hertz. In short, there was no rental. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute which cost us and extra $100 for a shorter BBC rental period.
