Pros (+) Reception was wonderful, amazing bartender!! Location is great.
Cons (-) The elevator wasn’t working upon arrival and we had to carry our bags up to the 7th floor. The ice make on our floor was not working but the front desk sent staff up to get some which was very nice. And the air conditioning in our room was not working well, but staff did adjust our rate at checkout to compensate.

Pros (+) The hotel was the perfect location in the middle of everything downtown. We were able to walk to a different restaurant every night for dinner and really enjoyed the Reedy Falls Park that ran through the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.
