Cons (-) Take this hotel off your list especially if you might need any assistance from the Bell Staff or Valet. Experienced non-existing service on last 2 visits. Staff not busy and chapping with each other but don't expect them to even offer to help with any luggage or items you are carrying in or out. Not what I thought was standard for Hyatt but I now know different.
