Pros: Miles the owner has a great hotel with a nice restaurant in the basement. It’s old and rustic but they go with that style very good. Nice beds nice rooms. Super friendly owner and relaxt atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to stay in Greybull, this is the one!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible!! Loved our room and this sweet little town!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel has been fully renovated without losing its’ historic character. The rooms were very clean, the beds were super-comfortable, and the Staff, ROSIE, was great. She met us at our car and welcomed us to the Hotel. Wonderful shower and terrific little town. Lisa’s Caserved an amazing pork shank in plum sauce dinner. We would go back in a heartbeat but would request room on ground floor.
Cons: The stairs, oh the stairs, to the second floor. They were tough to use.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was charming and very comfortable. The amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, cleansers were high end. Coffee was available. It was perhaps the most clean we have experienced. We felt safe.
Cons: Toting bags up two flights of steps.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The history and the people were great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very charming .friendly owners loved the hotel and history
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Due to a medical emergency, we had to check in the hotel after midnight. Despite not having a 24h reception desk, the owner made arrangements for us to arrive late to the hotel and find our way to the room. This is really customer focused !!! We really appreciated it after a very long day, thank you for that Myles !!
Cons: Nothing, a lovey cozy and charming hotel full of history.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This place was such an unexpected surprise - loved the history. The staff were great and the steak delicious! It was so cool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a "historic" hotel located on the corner of a small town main street. Do not expect Embassy Suites but for the experience and feel of the place it was fantastic. There are 26 steps to get to the rooms above the restaurant and no elevator so if you cannot walk up stairs do not stay here. Staff was super friendly and even gave us a tour of the "speakeasy" that is located downstairs.
Cons: We arrived to late for dinner, but not their fault. They directed us to a local place and the food was amazing, the staff friendly and even with 4 road weary kids we had a great time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Neat old historic rooms, very clean and welcoming
Cons: No
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was such a fun experience. Like staying in an old time hotel. Loved the antiques. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. All the other guests loved the hotel also and everyone guests and employees were like a big family.
Cons: A little drive to the Buffalo Bill Museum, but the price and ambience of your hotel made the drive worth it. Probably should be aware of steps for luggage which we were.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Offered a great alternative to overpriced hotels. Historic building was great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely the best customer service! Clean and homey! The manager is the most welcoming and friendly lady, and was the highlight of our trip. After a long day at day at Yellowstone, and frustration trying to find a campsite, we decided to return to Graybull hotel, and when calling she was a welcoming voice of friendliness that was just what we needed. Informing us not to worry or rush back, allowing a late check-in and making every accommodation without request. Upon arrival, she was so thoughtful to consider whether we had eaten and informed us of what restaurants where left open, and how long we had left to get some supper, insuring our group did not go without dinner. Overall, the most hospitable, accommodating, and friendly place and a big highlight of our trip. I can’t recommend this place more!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Note that I am detailed oriented, so take this for what it's worth. The outside of the property is peaceful and bright. I was greeted and taken good care of by a friendly, helpful, lovely lady. Our room was a decent size, but a bit crowded with 2 queen beds. It was perfectly clean, the towels were plush and a great size, and high-quality blow dryer.
Cons: The blanket had holes, chipped, stained and broken furniture, corroded bathroom fittings, air vents were dented, AC is controlled by 1 unit in office and kept at 70 degrees. There was a fan in the room, but outlets were hard to come by and we had to unplug and move furniture in order to use it. The shower went from very hot to cool the entire time. Overpriced for a room that definitely needs updating.

Pros: Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and feel to the whole place. Clean. Free internet and cable TV.
Cons: Shower head too low to fit under. Some general maintenance needed in room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My room had a western motif. I was told that each room had a different decorating style. The owner recommended a wonderful restaurant, the 'Speakeasy' (although everyone in town calls it Milo's. He is the chef.) The room had a kitchen.
Cons: There was a country fair in town and the owner forgot to tell me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cozy, clean, owner is awesome
8.3 Excellent
Pros: we picked this hotel because the price was attractive and we didn't need a fancy hotel. this is no Ritz-Carlton but it it a simple, clean, comfortable place to stay. A&W is right next door. recommend going to "Lisa's" diner in Greybull - best burger I've ever had. would definitely stay there again if we were in Greybull.
Cons: somewhat cramped parking (if it is full), walls are thin - "neighbor" next door fell asleep with tv on and we got to listen to it till 3:30 am. we were tired and slept fine anyway but just saying to inform others. owner seems rough but is really a nice person!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Cozy
Cons: It looks rough from the outside but is nice once inside the blinds are to far from the wall and let in alot if light
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Cozy, homey room. Frig, microwave & coffee maker that certain hotels w/numbers in their names are no longer providing. Clean room & bedding. Towels that actually wrapped around you. Also, tissues & As much ice as you wanted.
Cons: No.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We really liked the quirky decor of the room - a lamp made out of a cowboy boot and a pair of jeans sewn onto the bathroom curtain. It was great! Good to be able to park right outside the room. Good location for heading into Greybull, a couple of hours from the east entrance to Yellowstone. Owners were able to recommend local places to eat etc. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: There was nothing we disliked. We didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on that.

7.5 Good
Pros: Easy to find, clean and quiet. Staff was amazing! So very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.
Cons: Beds were a bit firm for my personal taste and the ring around the toilet bowl and around the tub was a bit of a turn off. I knew the room was clean but removal of the “old” lime scale would give a better impression of clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, right on main route. Had a small but nice outside heated pool that is good for kids and adults. Room and staff was accommodating, a decent deal for the money. It is a typical motel in a small and friendly town.
Cons: Should have had a humidifier used in room prior to rental, had a slight musty odor.
7.5 Good
Pros: Quiet
Cons: A little run down but clean. 59-69 would have been a more appropriate price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great hotel. Very accommodating staff. Room was large and updated. We had a family room with 2 queen and 1 king beds. Everything was clean. I would for sure stay again.
4.3 Okay
Cons: crickets in the room, mattress stained with vomit, breakfast was boxes of cereal and muffins , was not allowed to put ice in our cooler just the tiny room icebucket, young girls working front desk were not interested in the customers, offensive sign said no shoplifting, ( which was tiny boxes of aspirin on the counter, door deadbolt did not work, no drinking g water available. Another sign said $100.00 chatge for unregistered petd.Pretty disappointing
5.5 Okay
Pros: No meals, I was able to book a room when no vacancies at other motels.
