The Supervisor at the reseption...I think her name was Angel I had one bedroom apt. for 2 adults and only breakfast for one was encluded.bed was not comfertable

Some of the service staff at the reception were more knowledgeable than the rest. The more senior staff were very helpful and spoke english quite well. There were hardly any information for tourists. Taxis are hard to get, especially when we needed to go to the train station. There was no advice that we should book a taxi before hand, or should book the hotel car. We ended up missing our train to Hong Kong because the taxi came so late and no one knew how bad the traffic was. Furthermore, the staff told us that the train station is on 10 minutes away, and not knowing that there were roadworks and the taxi had to drop us at a taxi stand three blocks away from the station. It was a long and difficult walk especially for my father, 87 years old. I think that the hotel should provide more accurate information for it's client and perhaps offers transportation to and from the hotel.

The location is the best, very close to bus stop to GZ ariport and the railway station. with the construction that is going on now in the city, Springdale commands the best location. The hot water switch needs to be improve, as I need to turn it on each time I need to use, the switch is too high. Very hazardous should I slip.

I think the residences are a great alternative to a conventional hotel. You get all the conventional services with the addition of a kitchen and washing machine giving you the option of eating in. I found the place a very pleasant place to stay, close to the metro, guangzhou east railway station and plenty of good shopping on the doorstep. Although my stay was very comfortable (I stayed in a studio apartment) the pictures make the residence look more luxurious than it actually is. The buffet breakfast could be better but was ok.

The location They charged my credit card without any reason and after my mails to booking.com they gave it back. the funny thing is check in time you have to come between 2 pm to 6 pm if you come after this time they have no responsibility!!! with credit card guaranty they hold the room till 9 pm for me. Dont forget the chinese address of hotel because taxi drivers with chinese address can find the hotel very hard also get the chinese address of the other sights of city.

The only good thing - free can of Coke, Sprite and bottle of water. Worst hotel for last 3 years. Bad english, bad service, no info for tourists (have only one map, which they don't give, staff doesn't know anyting!), cheated with exchange rate, 1 horrable breakfast for 2 staying persons in room (gave us second after complains), cold room.
