Staff was friendly and extremely helpful! Room was clean and modern. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was large and we were pleasantly surprised to see a kitchenette. The location was great. Staff. Rooms were clean. Community Coffee. The lady at the front desk was exceptional, arrived really late and she offered me a later check out time. Prices and the lady that checked us in was AWESOME. Big room, quiet, and a great safe location. Minifridge. Clean bathroom, clean floors, and nice clean linens. Friendly staff. Overall, it's a good value for this area. I would definitely refer and book again. Very nice staff and good deal. We loved everything about our stay!!! When I tell you it’s been one of the best places I’ve ever stayed with my fur babies I mean it. The staff both day and night shift were so friendly towards us and our puppy girls! Our room was clean, it was spacious. The location was perfect, 10 minutes from beaches, dining and our favorite the dog park! The room was SO spacious and super clean, we have stayed at Motel 6 properties before and they were NEVER this nice and it is very conveniently located, literally down the road from the beach and right across from Lulu’s restaurant, the track and other restaurants, too! Plus there is a hospital right down the road as well, just in case! The water pressure was GREAT. The hot water was instant. The bed was so nice and COMFY. The area was quiet. I will be returning. Awesome customer service!! Convenient and clean. The staff was very friendly for the most part! The beds were very comfortable and it wasn’t to far from the beach. Great location and it was clean. Across from The Track!! Not far from the beach, restaurants or other attractions. Comfy beds, spacious room, Wi-Fi worked perfectly, air conditioner worked perfectly and kept the room cold. My only small complaints are that the floor felt kinda gritty from a little sand and there was an issue with the shower head but maintenance had it fixed very promptly. More towels were brought to the room very quickly after the first night and the office staff was very courteous and professional!! I’d stay here again!
The price was ridiculous! Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable. No blow dryer no coffee in lobby no countertop to by refrigerator. Bugs in the room and the construction on the hotel, part of it was closed. The last night the plumbing was out for a while and we could not flush the toilet. Poor sanitary. You could see daylight around the door. Our next door neighbor at the motel was arrested...... very disruptive to our stay. long walk to office. There was roaches everywhere. I wasn't fond of being on the back and out if view of the office. I was concerned about our safety, but nothing happened and a police car parked in the back made me feel more safe. Nasty, moldy and sketchy room. My room had a musty smell when I checked in had to get air fresheners the smell was so bad. Smelled like weed, neighbors were loud, WiFi wasn’t great. It was not very clean, there was poop on the wall. The air conditioning unit was so loud. The place accepts dogs so it can be good for you if you bring a pet but I had a baby sleeping and in the next room a dog barking was not very good. People in the next room were rude and loud stayed up really late... The bed was hard and small. Pillows were horrible. Place smelled like mildew and mold. Odor in room. Rudeness of hotel staff. Property is old fashioned and definitely not worth the price. The room was not very clean, the smoke detector was unplugged from the wall, the ice machine didn’t work, and the bathtub was rusty. Definitely not happy with my stay for the money I had to pay. The rooms needed a broom. I went an bought one because of the sand we tracked in.
