Pros: The property is on the bank opposite that from Jungle Lodges. It is nicely built and the facilities are excellent. The staff is super super nice and helpful.
Cons: It is expensive - but may be proportional to their stated position as a luxury resort.
Cons: Keeping religious books in rooms, was not cool and disrespectful of other religions. This should be avoided at all costs in India.
Pros: Excellent location , courteous staff, best service with good food, and wild life safari was superb with good sightings
Pros: Fantastic location Exceptionally friendly, helpful and service oriented team I travelled with my elderly parents and the staff were spontaneous in the way they made the stay enjoyable for them
Cons: Kids below 18 are not permitted in the Infinity pool
Pros: The food was good, the rooms were spacious, unique to let so much “nature” (4” spiders, slugs, flies, ants) into the actual room, beautiful views, close 10 minute water access to the Nagarhole Tiger Reserve, the close contact and support of the local village people was really wonderful.
Cons: For the price you pay (comparable to the Oberoi hotels we stayed at elsewhere) many of the staff were kind and smiled, but the Indian “head wobble” and “yes sir” really meant they had NO idea what you were asking, but were being agreeable, and as a guest I had to confirm and re confirm that my request had been understood, would be acted upon, and in a timely manner. Perhaps the worst I’ve had in my four weeks and eight properties in India. Some of the naturalist guides and drivers seemed disinterested and bored. The last one hour of the lengthy road trip has brutal road conditions. Despite showing them the email from them that the transfer to the airport was complimentary and the issue resolved the night before departure, I felt blackmailed in the minutes before departure and had to pay for the airport transfer. Of course I paid and advised I would be commenting on social media, it wasn’t til two hours later in the airport transfer that someone called to say the charges would be reversed.....
Pros: Good location

Pros: Stunning location and property, beautifully made rooms and common areas, good range of activities

Pros: The staff was really nice and helpful We loved the safari !
Pros: This quaint and tiny property shares its border with a part of Nagarhole National Park. It is away from large crowds and commercialisation of other larger Kabini resorts and offers a peaceful stay amidst nature. There was also an in-house naturalist who was a storehouse of information on all things flora and fauna. He also accompanied us on the safaris and took us on nature walk and drive in and around the property, patiently answering all our myriad queries. The staff was extremely friendly and helped in providing us a truly emmersive experience. Not to forget the pets on the property that were absolutely fun to play with. The food was also really good.
Cons: Nothing as such.
Pros: Amazing staff so welcoming could not do enough for us. Beautiful accommodation and lovely food could not fault it.

Cons: Wi-Fi was limited n coverage and did not work consistently
Pros: Lovely property great pool and the food was good too
Cons: The rooms are not clean they have gotten old
Pros: Our big and luxery cottage in the middle of the nature. Waking up by the sound of the birds. The privacy. The jacuzzi. The comfortable bed. The delicious food. The friendly people. The different places to relax. The clean and beautiful pool. The whole surrounding was amazing! If you are here you don't have to go anywhere. Well worth the money. We will definitely come back!
Pros: It's a luxury and eco-friendly resort. Staff was extremely helpful and arranged activities specifically for me. The coracle ride and the bull-lok cart ride were awesome!!! Food was great! I like the way they educated their guests about eco-toursim and not to use plastic, etc. Great location and great resort.
Cons: The safari trip they organized was way too pricey. You can go to the Park and do the bus safari for a lot lower price. The resort is pricey as well but well worth it!
Cons: Poor location Poor Services
Pros: Hospitality of the staff. Brilliant there. Backwaters cafe. Beautiful
Cons: No hot water 24/7 is a bad thing however eco friendly u want it to be . After using the pool or jacuuzi with food water u need a hot shower. Secondly , there were bed bugs and ticks bitten end of the day. Not worth the price of 15k a night
Pros: A great overall experience, and great staff
Cons: The jacuzzi would be better if it had hot water.

Pros: Very nice view of the river, and very good service by the staff. Food is very nice, with lots of varieties. Big and spacious rooms, clean and well-maintained.
Cons: Geyser was not working in our room, hence we had to take bath in cold water. Need to travel ~35km to avail safari services.
Pros: The location of the resort is very remote , very bad approach road, no proper sign boards on the way . The resort has very minimum facility, food is so, so when they are very few guest or when you are alone in whole resort. it is not worth of money they charge!
Cons: The approach road, proper sign on road from hand post to the resort. The facilty provided in rooms are very bad, particularly, towels,Quality of bed , kitchen cutlery in rooms .
Pros: Food was extraordinary! Good place to sit back and relax.
Pros: The place is lovely. Simple, clean, mostly serene and set by the gorgeous river. Sunrise by the river and stargazing by the pool at night, with an afternoon safari thrown in..priceless. We were two women, on a long weekend, looking to kick back and chill with some amount of outdoor fun to have. The Peepal Tree checked all these boxes and how :) We were in Cottage No.17, facing the river. Clean, spacious, well-maintained and comfortable. The place is popular with families but even so, with a packed house, was wonderfully quiet for most of our stay. Lots of stuff to do, at the Peepal Tree, itself. They organise village tours, tribal dances and boat rides, should you be interested. The place itself also has a pool and outdoor games for families. The highlight for us, of course, was the Government Bus Safari at the Kabini Reserve (this is a must-do!) We got to see a tiger in the wild! Thanks to Abhi, from the Peepal Tree for his suggestion and his help. A mention must be made of the gorgeous grove of Peepal Trees nearby, after which the place is supposedly named. It's a short drive from the premises but what a sight it is! The place may be way more no fuss than a lot of the fancier options in the area but if it's the beauty of Kabini that you're looking for, this one's a certain recco! Special shout out to Abhi, who was always available and very helpful! The phone call from the owner at the end of the visit, to check how it was, was a lovely touch. Much appreciated :)
Cons: The food could do with more variety, mainly lunch and dinner. No complaints on breakfast. Minor Grouse: The lighting in the rooms and by the pool could be improved. The following are NOT complaints, just pointers for future visitors: This place is a good 6 hours away from central Bangalore, with a short meal break included. The maps show you less. Also, the approach road to the premises (the last half kilometre or so) is unpaved, so could be a bit of problem for smaller vehicles. The internet is an issue. If you're someone who needs to be online a lot.
Pros: Location was great as it was alongside Kabini river. The taste of food was very nice. Menu was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Cons: AC and attached washroom was there in one room. The other room had only fan and no attached washroom. This was a let down as we were two couples and one had to stay in the other room.
Pros: Great location and very peaceful! overlooks the lake and feels very cut off from other life and activity around in the villages. The villas are also big and spacious and can accommodate 4-5 people in each. The buffet meals had an excellent variety and food was very tasty!
Cons: Surprisingly, both bedrooms at the villa didn't have Air-conditioners, just one room did. Thankfully it was not hot at night when we went (month of Feb). The towels and sheets could be a little cleaner. The staff can be quite slow and communication takes time to transfer to the right person.
