Excellent location,staff very friendly & helpful, lovely cooked full Scottish breakfast !! nothing

The staff was helpful in doing for us an on-line check-in for a flight. We appreciated the "old house" style. I would have appreciated more accessible internet facilities.

It's relaxed manner, yet there was an air of sophistication to it also. The lack of a cooked breakfast would make me think twice about staying at this hotel again.

Rooms were adequately clean. The staff treated us as a necessary but unfortunate part of their jobs. The check in desk unappologetically mixed up our rooms and the barman was more concerned with doing his paperwork than serving his customers.

Staff very friendly. Nice and cosy bar and restaurant. Food very nice. The beds were terrible and needed throwing out. The rest of the room was lovely.

It was a convenient location for our purposes. The hotel needs an overhall. It is tired and dated. The furniture has seen better days.

No additional charge for internet use (Some Hotels charge £5 / Hr I will not pay & avoid those Hotels) This Hotel has installed Flat screen Free View TV's Radiator in room did not work And the new desk light on the dresser had no socket to plug it into
