Not far from central Station, Hamburg. Good quality and free internte (via cable)
Our basin didn't drain properly, the room decor was truly awful. It seemed shabby. And the metro rumbled under the hotel.
Affordable price, nice decor, clean
The hotel windows are not sound proof and you hear the street a lot! It's located on a busy street and it's very hard to sleep because of non- stop street traffic. The beds are also extremely hard and not comfortable.
The location is grate, Reception is helpful and size of the room is great. I booked a single room and they give me a suit.
need to have a more appealing lobby area. Pre paid for breakfast for two persons but I stayed solo but the hotel refused to make an adjustment for the second person.
The price was very reasonable. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious. The location near the central train station was also very convenient.
After a very busy work period it was ideal for a short relaxing break.
The only minor critisim I have was the hotel information said check out by 1100hrs, however the cleaning staff were knocking on the room door from around 0930hrs. I must make it clear that the cleaning staff were in no way rude I just felt a little uncomfortable given that check out was to be no later than 1100hrs.
although situated in the middle of Hamburg, the area was not acceptable compared to the price of the hotel room.
shower area was far too small
