El Mouradi Hammamet

The food was pretty good, the same mostly, but good. The food was beautifully presented. Beautiful views. The pool areas are gorgeous. It is located perfectly. The main part of the hotel is beautiful. It is a fun atmosphere.

No air conditioning in any room. You have to pay for drinks, even water, even though I had an all inclusive meal pass. No ice. They would not let us check out early, we had to pay for all reserved days. Many of the amenities were closed. For example there were no hot tubs or fancy slide working, ever. The gym was ridiculous and everything was broken. Some of the staff were very rude. I signed up for a queen sized bed but got two twin beds. I was told there were no bigger beds in the whole hotel. So, like the air conditioning, they just lie on their website. VERY loud music played until 1 or 2 am EVERY night. Between the immense heat in the room and the noise, it is impossible to sleep until very late. We slept on the balcony many nights because of the heat. They only give you shampoo, no conditioner. The towels were stained and nothing matched. There were no towels at the pool. The "private beach" was not private, it was a joke. Very dirty and unkempt.
