Nice pool and landscaping, good location
Staff was not trained well maybe due to eid season, the mini bar was empty and fridge not working, we found a spider on the curtain the first minute we entered the room, not exactly a 5 star experience.

Breakast and swimming pool and the location of the hotel
The beach and the facility at the beach were not clean. Room service is very slow and room cleaning is not very good. No coffee or tea in the rooms. Not enough car park for the guests

I liked this hotel very much! Beautiful territory and basin pools - very nice, clean, comfort, cosy... Good outside and garden furniture. Beautiful! High level in everything. It's very comfortable to stay there - excellent amosphere! Kind, helpful and attentive staff. And for me it was importand that the guests there were mostly intelligent and cultural people, also there were many families with children - it looks like a family-oriented hotel. For breakfast there was very tasty natural stawberry fresh coctail and some other fresh juices - I liked it. Good pottery in the restaurant - it was also pleasant! Excellent hotel for couples who want to spend time in romantic and luxury vibes (but not for young people looking for drive and activities)
For me everything was perfect, but as I already wrote this hotel may be not very suitable for young people, also there is no special basin pool areas for children...
