Good location in West Brooke Wetland Park, which is huge, and cosy rooms with a quaint balcony.
The location is beautiful, relaxing and very safe. The room was very nice with an elegant balcony. All the staff from the hotel was very nice, polite and always try to help you. It was a great stay at this hotel.
Great location, air is so fresh and feels like living in the forest. Staff are helpful and super friendly. Would definitely come back again.
Close to wetlands Near the banyan tree which I would say would be worth the extra cost
Noise from building works nearby late at night Hotel seemed tired and could do with painting Pool was closed Only one restaurant It does seem a little far out from town for a tourist
The lobby and hotel were beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and had a different decor. The ladies at the reception desk were very helpful.
Breakfast: Not a lot of choice for people who do not want to eat soup or rice porridge everyday. What was available was of not of very good quality. The indoor pool was closed until July. The rest of the Westbrook resort, the area where the hotel was located, was also closed due to major renovations. Almost all restaurants, except for one, were closed. So it was a big disappointment that this was not the nice hotel with restaurants nearby we thought we had booked. The first morning we were woken up at 7 am by the building site that was straight across from our room. The reception, without problems, arranged a new room for us. But later that evening our next door guests arrived with 2 kids, who were very noisy until late at night. The next day we were woken up at 6.30 am by our neighbours kids. The connecting door in these room made it even worse. The noise problems ruimed our stay.
