Excellent service, and the friendly staff. The owner supported us through our entire trip to make it memorable. Great foods and value for money. I booked my ha long bay trip (2d 1n) and trip to Ning Bingh and Perfume pagoda with the. Reasonable priced.Highly recommended and surly book with them again. And last but not least, if you are planing trip to Vietnam, just come they will arrange you the rest.

The queen and spa hotel is located nearby the lake, the train street, the pub street and many more places. The rooms are comfortable and big enough. They provide toiletries and there’s a fridge where you can find beer, soda and water which price is a little bit cheaper than in the convenience store. The personnel is very kind and helpful. They try to do their best in order to make you feel as if you were at home. Breakfast is so delicious, every day you can find fresh juice, coffee, tea and milk, some Vietnamese dishes and fruit. The hotel has elevator and some common areas which are clean and tidy. I was about to stay a night but I stayed 5 days because everything was convenient for me and the price was very accessible. The manager of the hotel is very kind, she offered me some tours which I highly recommend you to take. She really knows what she offers. If you have the change to visit hanoi the queen hotel and spa is a good option for you. I love the tours they offer. Dont miss the lying dragon tour and ha long bay trip with them...

Very good location. Tstaff is very helpful with trips to both Ha Long Bay and Sapa. The staff spoke good english and helped us well on our way on our trip!

Everything was AMAZING❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤, SUPER WELL LOCATED❤❤❤❤❤STAFF REALLY WORRIED ABOUT CUSTOMERS WELL BEING AND NEEDS ALL THE TIME. THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS IT IS A BUFFET AND THEY HAVE EVERYTHING❤❤❤❤❤, THE PRICE OMG ❤❤❤❤SUPER CHEAP, FOR ROOMS AND SPA AND ALSO TRIPS TO OTHER PARTS OF HANOI THEY HAVE EXCELLENT PRICES (SOME AGENCIES GIVE YOU CHEAP PRICE BUT THEY CUT MANY AMENITIES THIS HOTEL HELPS YOU FIND ONE THAT INCLUDES EVERYTHING BUT LOW COST)❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤DEFINITEDLY I will comeback again ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ this hotel is even better than at home and the best than the other hotels in the world❤❤❤❤
