Pros: best room for that money I'd ever seen
Cons: WLAN, slower than slow
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Pros: -Facilities are good. Food is excellent. Friendly staff and really quiet rooms. The location is near downtown , and very close to Danube river and Carsium ruins. From Carsium ruins you will see the best sunset/sunrise , great location to make some photos. Visit historic sites, explore the waterways in a canoe or traditional fisherman boat, catch a sunset you'll never forget. Here the silence is broken only by chirping and the sound of oars cutting through the water as fishermen rowed by.The best options to reach more remote areas or wildlife sanctuaries are a private boat or kayak (independent travel). The Danube is a wildlife enthusiast's (especially a bird watcher's) paradise. There is also a rich community of fish and animals; from wildcats, foxes and wolves, to even an occasional boar or deer. Also, you can enjoy swimming and tanning on the fine-sand beach in "24 August" island. -About the Club Robert Bar, they have very good music, good services and normal prices. During daytime is the perfect spot to have a coffee, listen to some great music, by night you can also relax and drink a glass of wine.
Cons: -Beggars, who are everywhere. -Barman Gheorghe (if I remember well the name) was a bit slow. I think it's a beginner. The girls are fine !
Pros: Very comfortable and clean. Extremely helpful and friendly host, beyond our expectations. Good supermarket nearby. Very good value for money.
Cons: A bit difficult to locate because of lack of sign-posting (helped by locals to find).
Pros: We are travelling by bike and there aren't so many options to stay in this region. Club Robert is a shared house with two rooms. The room we stayed was very comfortable, with a window, but there is a room without any ventilation and I think I wouldn't have liked so much to stay in that one. Other positives: There is a free washing machine in the bathroom, a nice area outside to sit and the restaurant where you can eat something.
Cons: Bathroom with no window. Very hard to find. Is in the middle of the block, a local guide us there.
Pros: Room and facilities were really good
Cons: If you didn't like the people sharing it could be difficult
Pros: This was a convenient place to have a break on our way to the Danube Delta. There are not many accommodation options in the area so it was perfect to find this clean and cosy place. There are two rooms available there with a common bathroom and a patio where you can enjoy a drink in the evening.
Pros: Bathroom was clean.
Cons: No window, very small, no chair, no table, no air condition, the doors had to be kept open, and the door to the porch could not be locked.
Located in Marasu Village, on the Great Brăila Island and amidst the Brăila Natural Park, Old Fane's Lodge features free WiFi and water sport facilities. The location, in the vicinity of the Danube, is ideal for birdwatching and fishing. The air-conditioned rooms provide a seating area and river views. The bathroom facilities are shared and free toiletries are available for guests. Old Fane's Lodge offers a garden, barbecue facilities, a shared kitchen and a games room. Guests can enjoy the lounge with TV, dining area and a fireplace. Free private parking is possible on site. A supermarket is 500 metres away and a bus stop is 1.5 km from the property.
Pros: Beautiful house in a quiet area, we had the whole house for ourselfs which made us feel at home. The garden was nice and big, we enjoyed it a lot.
Cons: The hygiene in the kitchen could have been better
