very convient as we were flying from heathrow Also the staff very very heplful and friendly.

The staff were very helpful, the lcoation was easy to find and although we did not make use of it during this stay, the breakfast facility is great There was almost never a parking spot and many parking spaces were occupied by buses/vans. The temperature of the room was too high.

Very spacious room, well laid out, clean and quiet. Near Heathrow where guests have to leave before 7:00 am to get checked into the airport. They don't start serving breakfast until 7:00 am.

Comfortable Rooms and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Close to Heathrow and transportation to and from hotel very accessible. Restaurant small and staff a bit disorganized.
