This hotel is clean and friendly. The facilities are good. The restaurant is exceptionally good. I saw that some others had commented on the price of the food, but I know what I got and I would expect to pay a little for it. I'm happy that I did. At one time woken by carnal sound effects from another room, it was mostly fairly quiet. I booked this hotel because it had wireless internet access, but it wasn't working. I'm sure it was a short term problem and the staff invited me to use the computer at reception if I needed. I declined, but this was at least a gesture.

Beautiful, old fashoined hotel in a wonderful location. I booked a weekend as a surprise for my wife and she loved it. Great breakfast buffet and wonderful dinner options as well.

The size of the rooms - plenty of space. A good shower too! Parking was easy and off street - something we look for when choosing between hotels. We were unaware that the picture of the hotel in the main street isn't necessarily the property you stay at as there is an apartment block 150 metres up the road. Having said this, the apartments are excellent value for money, great size and facilities and I would certainly stay there again. The staff are very friendly and most helpful.
