6.8 Good
Pros: The breakfast was generous and very good, with plenty of options. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was particularly friendly and very pleasant.
Cons: We've had our evening meal in the hotel which was rather disappointing: It was high season for asparagus but it was stringy and too expensive for the poor quality. Unusual for the area. I did not want a reduction of the bill but I hope the comment was passed on to the kitchen. We were a little forgotten about once our main meal was served and I had to fetch the waitress personally to order more drinks. The hotel is a bit of an odd mix. Some areas are nicely refurbished but let down by ancient doors and mismatched interiors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel was outstanding. We arrived right when the restaurant was closing and they kept it open so we could eat. The room was very large and breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Europe. The hotel is in the center of the town and the staff went out of there way to make our stay comfortable.
7.0 Good
Pros: Locations
Cons: Staff behavior
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, hotel located in the nice village. Dedicated parking. Okay for a one night stay.
Cons: Bed a bit uncomfortable
5.0 Okay
Pros: C’est très bien situé! Calme avec l’air fraîche! Very good location, close to nature, very quiet. The room is clean even with some strange smell.
Mr or Ms Booking, are you sure it is 4 stars hotel? Do you check it? Or maybe it is too far to check it. The room has a little bit strange smell. And reception with cold face. Smiling to people is good to healthy. And I found a hotel charged 8 euro for a 3 years old child for breakfast, which I never met in the world, even I spent one third of my night in hotel. Anyway, that is an experience for the life. Nothing to be complained. That is it!
4.4 Okay
Pros: Town, weather, food, region, billing
Cons: Spa and wellness hotel but no staff to provide services. If you advertise as wellness hotel you mjust have better arrangements for wellness services, tv small and not working, shower to small and raised- no tub
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful.... Excellence service.... Staff was unbelievable friendly...never been to a hotel in Europe with such a friendly staff...
Cons: None

Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a library. Planning an event in Wiesenttal? This hostel features 861 square feet (80 square meters) of event facilities. 6.8 Good
Pros: One of the reasons we selected this venue was the location: right in the Fränkische Schweiz. It is well-placed for seeing the area, as well as being quite peaceful. Breakfast was adequate, though nothing special, and there was plenty of free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a nice sauna in the basement.
Cons: The biggest problem was that this location was advertised as a "sport hotel," rather than the (slightly) refurbished youth hostel that it really is. While there is nothing wrong with staying in a youth hostel, expecting a sport hotel and getting a hostel is a significant disappointment. The second issue was that the description of the facility included a fitness room, while there was none. The owner claimed that that the description had been written by Booking.com not him, However, he apparently had not noticed this until it was pointed out to him.
