Cons: The restaurant staff could have been more service minded. Very poor selection of vegetarian food. When asked the waitress did not know if the pasta dish was vegetarian or not and I had to ask her to check (perhaps she expected me to starve instead). My husband had finished his food long before mine arrived. The bedroom was also small and cramped for a double room.

Cons: Not sure if this qualifies as a 'not like' but there was no gift shop at the hotel and I'd hoped to get a Norwegian-made gift for my fiance for his birthday. However, even though the shopping center next door to the hotel was small I found something nice and Norwegian made at the sports shop which I know he'll appreciate & use.

Cons: The transport to the hotel was very expensive from the airport (and bus not reliable) - only a 10 minute walk but in the rain with luggage not pleasant. A hotel courtesy bus or even if a charge would be appreciated and improve the service dramatically. And you soon have to compete with a Raddisson being built at the airport.
