Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and found the rooms to be spacious and, in some cases, recently updated or modern. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean and comfortable accommodations, while others reported issues with dirty linens, dust, and maintenance problems. Service experiences varied, with some guests complimenting friendly staff and quick maintenance, but others found staff unhelpful or impersonal, especially with kiosk check-in. Breakfast quality and variety were inconsistent, though a few guests enjoyed it. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and room size, but improvements in cleanliness, service, and amenities could enhance the guest experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Book a Room with a View
Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the nearby attractions comes highly recommended.
Consider High Season Visits
If you prefer a quieter experience, consider avoiding the high season in June, as some guests noted increased noise due to the nearby highway and semis passing by.
Check Room Amenities
Before booking, ensure that the room amenities meet your expectations. Some guests reported issues with jacuzzi tubs, spa bath lighting, and non-functional buttons, so it's advisable to confirm these details in advance.
Verify Smoking Policy
If you are sensitive to smoke, double-check the room's smoking policy upon check-in to avoid any discomfort due to lingering smoke odors.
Plan for Breakfast Timing
Arrive early for breakfast to ensure the best selection of hot and fresh items, as some guests found the breakfast options to be limited when arriving later.
Consider Noise Levels
If you are a light sleeper, opt for a first-floor room to avoid potential noise disturbances from upstairs guests or nearby highway traffic.
Confirm Room Cleanliness
While many guests found the rooms clean and modern, some reported cleanliness issues such as mold build-up, dirty corners, and outdated facilities. It's advisable to check recent reviews for cleanliness feedback.
Inquire About EV Charging
If you have an electric vehicle, inquire about the availability of EV charging stations and their condition, as some guests noted that the facility was in the process of remodeling, affecting certain amenities.
Check for Maintenance Issues
Before using in-room amenities like jacuzzis, ensure that all features are functional, as some guests encountered issues with jacuzzi buttons and water spraying everywhere.
Consider Nearby Attractions
Take advantage of the hotel's proximity to attractions like the John James Audubon State Park and Museum, which are within a short distance from the property.
