Location near Hopewell Rocks National Park was excellent. Noise level. We had to drown out noise from next room with air conditioning. We would have preferred open window. Also, we found a few fleas in thev room.
Closest place to Hopewell Rocks, which is why we were there Though clean, the room was charmless. The one window had blackout curtains only. Since the window bordered the front parking area, in order to have any privacy, the curtains had to be closed, making the room very dark and stuffy.
Close to hopewell rocks Food in the dining room was disappointing.
the exterior from the road the room was on the lower level and badly in need of renovation. Wouldn't take my shoes off. Ceiling tiles were falling out, when on toilet, knees were under sink could wash hands while on toilet! no place to put toiletries no hair dryer or phone in
Right at the door of the rocks park! Very beautiful motel. None
Motel was quaint & very clean. Perfect location for visiting Hopewell Rocks. Gluten Free items were identified on the restaurant menu ... they had a delicious gf chocolate cake. :D Motel also had gf cereal for breakfast.
location, location, location 1) gross room (dead fly on ceiling) - it was literally stuck there! 2) mold around tub 3) dirty carpets 4) old, hard towels 5) breakfast (orange juice was syrup (clearly needed more water to be added), butter was hard, toaster didn't work properly)
We loved the covered porch outside our door with the beautiful view. Great place for morning coffee and late cocktails.
The location was right near the Hopewell Rocks Park. The view from the windows was amazing! The coffee machine and the air conditioner in the room didn't work. The 'heated pool' was so cold - and the pool area had fungus and moss growing all around it. The free breakfast was pitiful. Toast, cereal or little dry muffins.
Location to Hopewell Rocks was excellent! Good breakfast included.
The best part is it's location close to the Hopewell Rock. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. The place needs an upgrade.especially the bathroom, It's all rather shabby. The included 'continental' breakfast is all carbohydrates (toast and muffins). Altogether we found it overpriced.
Close to casino.....that is it! Terrible,....room very small, bed very small, nothing modern at all....very, very small room and very out-dated

Location was not bad. Rooms had a terrible odour, i could not stay in the room for long. The carpets were dirty and the overall experience was not good
Price and the room was warm
it was convenient and everything was reasonable, exactly as rated!
Location was good Room was freezing cold. Woke up to a snowball in my room and breakfast area
Nothing at all. Completely terrible service and discusting rooms. There is not one good thing I can say about the hotel other than the location which ended up being of absolutely no use to us as they ruined the vacation anyways.

Very close to highway , we were just staying to sleep on our way to the USA . I loved the feel of the lobby very retro cool feel Pretty dated( not retro like the lobby just dumpy ) , small room and long walk to room with suitcases and small child
The friendly staff
The hotel's location is ok for people not wanting to head into downtown Moncton. Located near the Casino When I arrived, I was presented a room that was very small, had an old style TV and had not been made up yet. I left for an hour and came back and the room was still not prepared. I asked for a different room and was upgraded. The 2nd room was better
It is vintage 1970's but clean. You get what you pay for.
Room and bed were great. Location surpurb and value exceptional. The restraunt meals was four star
The hotel was very convienient for our viewing of the Christmas parade and just perfect for our grandchildren to come in afterwards to warm up I found that the room was a bit too "tight" with two queen size beds when we had asked for a king.
Kayak allowed me to reserve (pre-pay) a 2 Queen bed room however, the Hotel did not have any rooms of this type available and had us booked in a 1 King with pull out couch for our family of four. Unfortunately, due to reserving the room through a third party (Kayak), the Hotel could not do anything for me.
The design of the surroundings
Clean room and friendly service Cost of the room (small room for $200) and the extra cost for parking
Gisselle the bar person, the night i stayed was courtiose, freindly and derserves a raise.
very comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, unobtrusive and helpful staff Didn't like the fact that there was no convenience store or tuck shop for small personal items in the hotel, and anything suitable was a long walk away.
The friendly staff No continental breakfast included. For the same price, all the other motels I've stayed in in Moncton include it. Also, the bathtub needs to be upgraded, the tiles were dirty.
Location Amenities Quiet Environment Upscale Facility Pricing / Choices for Breakfast
The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Both of the restaurants in the hotel were outstanding as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Although common for city hotels, I did not like the extra charge for parking. I would rather they absorb it into the price.
Staff were great. Lobby was beautiful and the restaurants were nice. The pool was disappointing small. The water slide does not go into the pool. It's just a water slide by itself. It stops dead the picture shows that there is sand by the pool and water slide. No sand.
Very clean, friendly atmosphere of the building and property located in Moncton. Diverse breakfast. We seem to bother the man in the reception when we arrived (was at the limit of politeness) .The room on the end of the corridor was near the exit door on the outside and all the times she was closing , it woke us up.

Beautiful room nice decor plenty of space and clean Noisy no restaurant, river view was ugly t.v.had no info channel or guide ....who has that ???
Really nice Hotel. Great location.
Despite being on a very busy road and our room at the front of the hotel it was super quiet. The room was huge, clean and nicely furnished. Loved the king sized bed and fluffy towels. The staff was very friendly and professional. Only that the comforter was a bit thin on the bed.
Nice spacious rooms, very clean.
To close fromage the street to noise
Spaciousness of the room. Breakfast was great. The best crisp bacon I've had in a hotel. I had requested a river view but my room was the only one on that side with a tree obstructing the view. Don't get the rooms ending with 10.
Great location, lots of parking, close to everything, pleasant staff, and very clean room.
Very clean and comfortable!
Beautiful rooms and clean
Very friendly staff
The staff were very good! The second night that we stayed we had a different room and it was very nice. Thanks to the hotel staff for there help. The roads round hotel were under construction, made it diffcult to get around. Other problems were addressed at hotel!

They need to update their occupancy status straight away with booking site. Last thing a traveller wants is to be there is no room in middle of night.
I liked the service and the fact that malls were close by for easy shopping We enjoyed eating at the restaurant. It was very quiet in the motel at night . Parking was very good. We both enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the great service. No.
The hotel recently opened. On arrival we were told that they no longer had a room with a king bed as we had booked and had confirmed. We spoke to the manager who told us that the hotel was full and that we would be given a room with two double beds. I showed her the reservation confirming a deluxe king room. After some time we were accomodated. This was a complete turn off for me. Noisy, in the early morning. You could hear everything going on in the hallways.
Felt well managed and very clean, staff were friendly and helpful.
very clean, courteous staff Had to go pick up my own room service in the morning as there was no one to deliver
We loved that it was new , afforadable and close to the shopping. There's was nothing that we didn't like except that my little boy wished there had been a pool.
The Inn had very nice rooms and the restaurant was excellent. The location for shopping was great.
I liked the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was situated just outside of the busy section, yet close enough to shopping and the highway. The restaurant was excellent. I would have liked breakfast included like all the other hotels we stayed in...just was more convenient.
Very, very prompt service...we asked for extra towels for our 2 extra guests...they were delivered almost before I could hang up the phone! The restaurant is also excellent, both food and service. How long does it take Moncton to finish a road paving??? The street was torn up last year when we stayed, and it's still under construction f'cris sakes.
i love the convenience of the restaurant "Mavericks" right in the hotel, we had a fabulous meal and had wine and a couple of drinks...we just took the elevator back up to our room...no driving...no cabs...very relaxing...! no complaints here...we will recommend your hotel to our friends.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; the suite layout; the restaurant on site; the fact that the Internet worked quickly
Room was very clean and staff were extremely friendly was given a room that was directly across from the ice machines which was very loud and kept waking us up all night. In addition, starting in the early morning people used the ice machine to fill coolers which increased the amount of noise
Clean comfortable rooms Good location Breakfast was bad.
Free water or beer, which we chose, was offered upon our arrival. Bottled water in the rooms. Snack bag to go in the morning. Breakfast buffet was fine. Windows that didn't open -- but that is becoming more and more rare.
Location was a big deciding factor when we looked for lodging. This one was very convenient for our needs. The layout of the bathroom was really different. There was a bowed shower rod above the tub for the shower curtain. Why???? Our 16 year old daughter did not understand that the curtain still had to in the tub. While trying to make things right, she slipped because there is no mat in the tub. Thankfully, she was OK and actually caught herself before she went down. Very sore the next day but, OK.
The accommodations are great and the room was super clean. That's a big one for me. Always enjoy staying there!!! I would definitely recommend it. No
I was there on business. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in a motel. Very important for business trips to rest well for the business activities of the following day.
It was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and willing to assist. Will definitely stay there again.
The room was nice and clean, the TV was modern and worked well, and we appreciated the first floor direct access to the parking lot. After an overnight snowfall and cold temperatures, nothing was done during checkout time to sand and salt the walkways and steps. All ground floor rooms have wooden decks and steps, and these were very treacherous.
The beds were really comfortable. Coffee pot in room...and at night someone tried to get into the room from the deck side. An honest mistake I imagine but I would suggest you paint the chairs outside different colors so that would be a clue when people arrive late at night when one parks the car and the other opens the door.
the family suite and the decoration the dinning room was too small and the breakfest was poor
We loved the morning breakfast, nearness to facilities and the highway and the helpfulness of the staff nothing
clean, location friendly staff. breakfast, a little too busy
We thoroughly enjoyed the level of comfort the room provided and the outside deck. The amount of space where the breakfast is served is very small and uncomfortable. Also it would be more convenient if you could leave the room through the patio door and have it lock behind you, if you wanted.
The room was modern, nicely decorated, had good amenities and was quiet. An extra towel we asked for was quick to arrive. The breadkfast has lots of variety and the hotel swimming pool was clean and bright. We thought that the evening fingerfood "meet and greets" were a nice touch. At check-in we had to ask about everything, ie no details on where breakfast would be served, the "nickelodeon" program for (our) children that was available. Also the roll away bed we requested was not available and we had 4 people booked for our room and only 3 towels were in the room. It also wouldn't have hurt for the cleaning staff to vacuum the carpet behind the sofa bed every now and again. It was noticeably grubby as soon as I lifted it to use it. The down duvet for the sofa bed had no cover on it (maybe this is normal??) and only 1 extra pillow in the pack. The $12 plus tax per day parking charge seemed a little steep. Pretty small issues though as stay was enjoyable.
Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
Staff's help and advice, especially that from Ingrid at the front desk, was exceptional. Moncton was a way-station on the way from Nova Scotia to Montreal, and Ingrid and the Inn's staff made an overnight stay a pleasure and delight.
The atmosphere, the room the staff all good. We will stay again next time in Moncton. No No
very good location, close to shopping and restaurants. also close to Farmers market (Sat.). I like that area to walk and shop. Nice rooms and many extras in the hotel such as pool and exercise area, a few restarants, the room had a coffeee machine and microwave and frig. The room was large. I could hear people in the hall talking easily. The doors don't seem to be sound proof. thye charge for parking.
Suited my needs. Room rate was expensive.
Very friendly staff No complimentary breakfast. Have to pay for parking
room was renovated fairly well. Close to down town and within walking distance many restaurants and coffee shops. Lobby very nice. Staff friendly, helpful. Pool small with 4 cement stools- unsafe. Bathrooms not renovated and old. Not sound proof rooms at all. Complimentary breakfast so small- only 1 cup of coffee allowed (free). Complimentary breakfast so much better anywhere else. I would spend and extra $20 and stay at a more reputable place, like Super 8, next time.
Nice pool area, friendly staff, nice restaurant Rooms were noisy, hallways smell like cigarette smoke
Our room was so modern and we lived the private door to the deck and pool. Very comfortable beds and great staff. Restaurant was amazing.
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was super clean and tidy. Plenty of free parking, restaurant on site had extensive menu and great breakfasts.
V hotel located right in the middle of downtown Moncton was a perfect location for our stay. Ample parking, comfy beds, modern decor, price was terrific. Restaurant was cute with option to eat outside on the patio. Food was yummy. I will definitely be booking at the V Hotel again.
How friendly the staff were! The hotel's general condition is now a bit worn and tired since the last time I stayed there. Paint, furniture, decor....
staff were polite despite all the problems I had with my stay at this hotel in moncton. had to switch rooms 3 times, the booking information was wrong, the sink didn't drain, the card readers on the doors only worked about 20 percent of the time and the bed was stiff.
Very clean, comfortable bed, nice fitness room, great location, very nice staff, good breakfast. I would recommend it.
I loved that they were overbooked so we lucked into a suite perfect for us and our dog. I didn't feel that the $25 pet fee was well advertised and was surprised to see the fee on the bill.
The heating system was so noisy it would wake you up all Night,
Clean, updated rooms. Complimentary hot breakfast is great. Good location for shopping, not so good for dining out. Bed wasn't overly comfortable. Woken by loud guests multiple times throughout the night.
About 1H drive to Hopewell rocks. Lots of "standard" chain food and retail stores around the hotel. "Fun" restaurants are a 5 min drive into the city center. Parking is good. Internet was fast. This is a good choice for Hopewell rocks. nothing, good spot
