The furniture inside the room is quite old and some are even damaged. Time to refurbish. After 2 nights spent we were moved to another hotel due to power outages, put in 2 separate rooms coz they didn't have a triple room available. The room was insanely small, the bed not comfortable, with a small window. No breakfast provided. Got refund 100,000 VND for 2 breakfasts (3pax). One night I woke up at 2am due to excessive noise from another room called reception to complain.

Breakfast in the level 1 restaurant had a good selection of buffet choices or cooked eggs on demand. Very breakfast for a 3 stars hotel, more than expectations. The breakfast amazing, the staff really nice and the location is very convenient.

This hotel is very close to a number of quite good restaurants and within walking distance of Bui Vien itself. Comfortable rooms at a good price and the hotel provides a buffet breakfast that features a good number of Vietnamese dishes.

Friendly staff and housekeepers were excellent. The staffs really nice and helpful. Location nearby a lot of destination for tourists, many service has been provide by hotel like pick up airport, tours and breakfast.
