Pros: Beautiful suite, great saunas, all food was really good (including Silvester menu).
Cons: Just a fact that there is 15km drive to Arlberg Ski Area.
Pros: The suite is beautifully appointed, the breakfasts are wonderful the dinners are superb and the staff are super friendly.
Cons: A 15 minute bus ride to the slopes on irregular buses.
Pros: AllergieS - the family kindly accepted and delivered special allergi friendly food. Fantastic wellness area! Try it out.
Pros: Room Spec was Revelatory, Food was Fantastic, Staff were Superb. Great short stay in a lovely family hotel.
Located in Holzgau, Wohlfühlhotel Berg Heil is in a rural location, within a 15-minute walk of Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and Holzgau Heritage Museum. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Truly a "Wohlfuel Hotel" (feel good hotel). Very accommodating and in an unbeatable scenic setting among towering mountains. Access to bus services and a cable car that takes you higher up is included in the cost of the accommodation. We were in the lucky position to have had the sauna and steam room all for ourself (benefit of being there in low season).
Cons: The cable car took us up the mountain but then without prior notice the service stopped midday. We had to walk down on foot (a problem for my wife who was recovering from a foot injury).

Cons: Wifi was very intermittent Staff was very friendly and helpful but it was difficult communicating in English Some parts of the apartment could use a bit more light
Pros: Typical tyrolian "gasthaus" - very nice room - hotess very friendly
Pros: - very nice and helpful staff, - good breakfast, - nice and quiet, - beautiful neighborhood,
Pros: Excellent accomodation. Owner was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, well equipped and great value for money.
Located in Bach, Hotel Post is in the suburbs, within a 10-minute drive of Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and Holzgau Heritage Museum. Featured amenities include laundry facilities, a library, and a safe deposit box at the front desk.
Pros: Absolutely outstanding staff members, dining in the hotel is a recommendation!
Pros: The variety of items
Pros: Vey cozy family hotel. Spacious room with balcony and nice view. Enough space for clothes and other stuff which is not usual for many other places. Comfortable bed. Everything you need is in the room. Nice spa helping to relax after hard skiday. Breakfast is more than generous. Only "english breakfast" lovers will be disappointed having no hot beans and fried sausages and bacon floating in fat. Even prosecco is on the table to good start of the day. Owners are really helpful and warm. You even don't need to climb one floor as elevator is on the site.
Cons: It is not about the hotel. But you must be ready that the village is really small with no places to go. You have to entertain yourself in the evening or go to bed early. Warth with access to sloped is 20 minutes of driving or by bus.
Pros: Very beautiful guesthouse Warm and cozy room Big double bed Beautiful view over the mountains Silence Smiling and welcoming staff Fresh and delicious breakfast Clean bathroom
Pros: Very easy to find, bus stop right in front of the apartment. Room was very clean and warm enough when we arrived. Plus it was comfy to have a sauna after skiing for a whole day:)
Cons: Only thing: the wifi connection was not so good:(
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast
Cons: Wifi coverage was not optimal in our room (room2), rather very slow to be honest
Pros: The apartment itself was very comfortable. It had a wonderful little kitchen/dining area and very comfortable for lounging around in to cook dinner and have a game of chess after a hard day on the slopes. Very warm and quiet with comfy beds. Lovely view, parking was simple. There was a bus stop right outside the apartment if you want to catch the bus up to the ski slopes. You can also walk round the corner and go cross country skiing or up to Jochelspitze, which we did on one day because the main ski lifts were closed because of crazy snow. The room had a bath which was a great addition. The boot room and great spa area which has a steam room, sauna, power shower and lounge area were real bonuses though.
Cons: The surrounding area is quite quiet. There is one hotel across the road for an apres ski drink and a small shop and spar for food but otherwise not a lot going on. If that suits you (like it did us) then that's fine though! Just not a great clubbing scene if you're expecting one :D!
Pros: Excellent accommodation, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Special/nice wellness-spa. Very good room for skies and equipment! Auf wiedersehen!
Pros: The appartment is very comfortable, very clean, perfectly prepared. Staff is really helpful and very friendly. Check-in was possible after official hours. It was very warm in the appt, perfect for winter weather, esp. after skiing. All you need is nearby-shops, ski rentals, skibus stop just in front of the building, free parking place. Easy drive to Warth ski areas. When driving from Germany/Munich, no vignette required. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, almost perfect sound proof rooms. Lovely Lech valley, perfect for both winter and summer relax and sport activities.

Pros: very friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us organise transfers, ski equipment etc, beautiful food and close to ski fields. the best part of our holiday.
Pros: The spa on the third floor
Cons: The location of the hotel was the biggest disappointment. The important information about the Lech-Warth road closure is misleading and incomplete. It doesn’t make clear that, in fact, not only Lech and St. Anton are not accessible, but the top 5 worldwide ski area in Arlberg incl. the above is actually a two-hour drive away from the hotel. The only possibility to ski is Warth which is disappointing and overpriced. Important to note is that if you are coming with family members who are not skiing but want to chill up in the mountains in the usual panorama restaurants, there simply are none! Don’t be fooled that you can reach Lech, etc. by skiing - you are going to waist your time on cable cars looking through maps! The staff were very unwelcoming and didn’t speak proper English or German - very difficult to communicate with(we were told that this is Austria and no normal person comes here if not for skiing when we questioned the location of the hotel). Moreover, we were not shown around and were not given any information about facilities upon arrival and ended up discovering the Spa on the 3rd floor only on our second day when we complained that the sauna in the first floor where the pool is was at 40 degrees. The fire place in the lobby and on the third floor were not burning even though there were plenty of people around. We had only one night next to the fireplace when we specifically asked for it to be fired up.
Pros: The spa was wonderful.
Cons: Not easy to get to. But worth it once you do.

Cons: The gala menu was a joke. Unimaginative and cheap ingredients. We were not even asked how we wanted our steak and after us telling them ourselves it of course was not medium but well done. Staff was always in a rush and not very helpful. The hotel is a tourist trap.
Pros: Spa facilities were beyond our expectations. The 5 course dinner was outstanding and the waitstaff excellent. Our group of 10 people couldn't have been more pleased.
Pros: Really kind staff, excellent food! There was also a great fitness-room and location for wellness, so totally recommended ✨
Pros: Great room, food and staff. No necessarily for romantic stay because of many kids but if you don't mind that then excellent in all ways.
Pros: The food was great the staff were always on the ball and you really could not have asked for anything more.
Cons: It was quite a long way to the ski slopes, but that was no fault of the hotel! But it was half term time and the weather was a bit off at times. But it was everything - and more so- of everything you could have asked for or expected.
With a stay at Pension Alpenperle in Holzgau, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and Holzgau Heritage Museum. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The real ski area is about 20km away
Cons: No dining
Pros: Very clean pension and friendly owners.
Cons: The hot water in the shower ran out one morning.
Pros: Very clean and comfortabel appt. Visiting with family of 5 (incl 3 kids, age 10, 12 and 14) Good wifi. Well equipted. Fresh bread at our door every morning (broodjes-service) It took us 20 minutes to drive to the 3rd lift (Salober).
Cons: Maybe the the third bed in the kids room was a bit hard.
Pros: Nice place. Pretty easy to find, also. Rooms clean and supplied. Check-in and check out good. No real problems. I enjoyed the staff. They were helpful and courteous.
Pros: Perfect location in Madau Valley and good location to start mountaineering. Wonderful warm shower in a heated bathroom on each floor. Rooms are dry and do have electric lighting. The view is absolutely fabulous and parking is easy right around the hotel.
Cons: Very cold at night, only woolen blankets are provided. Noisy house, neighbouring room and guest room noise spills throughout the house. No WiFi no phone network. My wife called the police for my missing, however the police luckily knew the situation in Madau Valley: Should be made known before for everyone to forward that they will not be in contact with their families during the stay. Would have loved a cup to get some water at night.
Pros: We had walked an entire day and so were tired. We enjoyed the showers in the bathrooms. We loved the fact the hotel is so close to the church and could hear the church bells ringing first thing in the morning.
Cons: There seemed to be a lot of confusion with the wait staff in the restaurant. There were 10 of us traveling together and when we ordered, we ultimately only got 9 dinners, which left one person without a dinner. We explained the problem to one wait staff who we assumed would communicate with the second wait staff to cancel the last order. She didn't and so, as we were leaving the restaurant, the last meal came, albeit way too late. We said we wouldn't pay for that one.
Pros: Perfect location to explore Lechtal
Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms in a beautiful location. Our group of 10 hikers were all very happy with the service and facilities.
Pros: Nice restaurant room, great flexibility in choosing the meal "a la carte" or the daily menue. Excellent pizzas. Rooms comfortably big. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Cons: Quite thin bed cover, not really comfortable. Breakfast buffet looked an bit devasted after 9 am, however staff was very friendly and ready to bring anyting that was missing. Ski shuttle bus sometimes very overcrowded or delayed.

Food in the evening was excellent and overall the staff is very friendly, they really do their best to feel you at home. We had 2 small dogs and they get spoiled in the morning with some cookies, dog friendly hotel.
Cons: Beds are rather hard and we just like more softer beds.

Pros: Very clean, amazing friendly staff
Pros: Very friendly houselady, the breakfast buffet was brilliant and rotated on a daily basis.
Cons: The web portal of the WiFi that required an hourly acknowledgement of the ground rules is a bit outdated.

Pros: Very nice and friendly host, really makes you feel like home! Helped us with local advice, equipment and reservations - really appreciate!Perfect hotel location, with fantastic panorama view. Well heated rooms. Toys and some playing area for kids. Great New Year's eve dinner was served in a nice and friendly atmosphere.
Cons: It would be great if road and parking in front cleaned from snow and deiced as it may be hard to drive and park a car when snowy..Check-in and check-out could have been better organised with clear invoices preseted to customers to avoid any misunderstandings.
Pros: We were the only guests staying so lovely quiet night. Helpful owners pointed us in the direction of a lovely restaurant for our even meal.
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Great host
Pros: The very friendly & helpful staff. The location was beautiful & ideal for us all for snow shoe walking & cross country skiing and with good bus connections to a very large skiing area.
