Booked for an excellent price so very good value. The lobby is lovely and well decorated. The rooms not as plush but decent and clean with all you need albeit they’re a little small. If you get a good price it’s a great place.
Clean rooms and stocked with all we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Some nice local restaurants and nearby metro for trains into town and out to Disney. Recommend A32 airport bus, drops directly outside the hotel and then picks up again just up the hill.
The pool was pretty, but is shaded by the hotel and surrounding buildings so the water is freezing! Hairdryer was the weakest I've experienced - give yourself plenty of time!
The bed was comfortable. The hotel is near a convenience store (7-Eleven) and two train stations near by. If coming from the airport, there are different ways to get to the hotel: take the bus (A32) and get off at the hotel stop Dorssett (about a 2 min walk); Airport Express train to Tsing Yi and catch the hotel shuttle or Airport Express train to Tsing Yi and then MRT Tai Wo Hau and walk to the hotel (~8 min walk). The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the mall/MRT station (Kwai Fong). Overall, was a decent hotel for my short stay.
Maybe I was lost in translation, however when I checked-in they placed me in a room that had 2 separate twin-beds (reservations was for a double bed). I was asked if I needed cleaning service. I thought this was already apart of the services but the lady at the front desk stated it would be an additional charge since I prepaid through a third party site. Maybe the person before me didn't purchase that service since I noticed someones hair on the shower floor/walls. Also, behind the bed and by the electric outlets there was a collection of dust bunnies. In regards to breakfast serving times, I would advise adding it to the portfolio. Didn't know what times breakfast started so I missed it the days I stayed and purchased things at the convenience store next door. Sometimes you require a password for the internet which was never provided during check-in.
Peter Li, the assistant concierge was excellent! I had a busy day planned and Peter's scheduling advice and support helped me greatly. The other staff members were really friendly and welcoming! The best part of this hotel are the people working there, awesome job!
The room was a bit small. That's it.
