Finding access to the Hotel was a nightmare. Paying for parking. Aircon was broken but they gave us free parking to compensate. Only 1 of the 2 lifts worked. The evening meal for both of us was very poor quality. No hot water, couldn't shower before my long haul flight. Bathroom cleanliness was poor and the decorating needs looking at.
