Pros: The owners were the most lovely people. Really nice and gave us all of the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The city centre is a 25 minute walk, which is fine and very doable if you're healthy, but to get to the beach you really need a car. There's no public transport nearby.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: everything was OK
Cons: the location is OK if you won't be closed to the beach :-)
7.5 Good
Pros: The domain is really a nice property. Franck is a very very kind host.
Cons: The domaine would be a nice place, if it was located on the countryside surrounded by vineyards, but unfortunately this is not the case. The domaine is located in the outskirts of the city. Currently several apartment buildings are under construction on the property next door.

Pros: Le Regent was ideally located within steps of cafes, a town square and the historic district of Hyères.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of those fantastical experiences you have once in a while - hopefully - where the owners are the loveliest, most generous and warm-hearted people you could meet; who make you feel part of the family and yet the space they have created is a wonderful showstopper full of amazing art and relics. Incredible hospitality, facilities, breakfast, discussion and comfort. Absolutely must visit Hyeres and stay here as it is an amazing city.
Cons: Everything was faultless!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow, if you got a room here, you're lucky!! Very nice and clean apartment, with a very warm and hospitality host. Excellent breakfast!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast ... good croissant, bread, huge choice of jams, lot of choice and care in the presentation.
Cons: I loved everything, our hosts were kind, friendly and attended us very very well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts were wonderful and made us feel completely at home in their lovely flat for 3 nights. Our room was a spacious, very private en-suite. Breakfast was wonderful and set at a beautiful table with croissants, a smoothie, yogurt, a crepe with jams, preserves or Nutella, fresh fruit, almonds, dried fruit, OJ, coffee or hot tea. Perfection. They had brochures for us in English and the Tourist Information was a 5 minute walk. The location is perfect for exploring the old city of Hyeres which is charming. The hosts recommended Le Jardin for our last evening mean. It was delicious food in a beautiful and romantic setting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big, spacious room. Very homely with generous decor (bit of a boudoir really). Lovely ensuit but the "piece de resistance" is the inclusive breakfast! Yoghurt with sprinkled nuts, croissants, bowl of figs, dates & almonds, magical smoothie, orange juice / tea, coffee etc. I'm sure I've missed something! Very opulent. Also, location is great for restaurants / bars
Cons: Nothing to not like really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hosts, charming couple who were helpful in all respects.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Minouche and husband are very kind, like they are from some fairytale
Cons: The bathroom maybe is the thing less amazing.. but nothing special to say.. it was a normal bathroom

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The personnel were fantastic, and most helpful, especially Mademoiselle Faustine who helped us a lot with bus and boat timetables and gave us lots of information. We were also allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout, so that we were able to enjoy our last afternoon on the island. Breakfast was plentiful - we had it in the terraced garden, which made it very enjoyable. There is also a spacious, tastefully decorated sitting room near the reception, full of light, with comfy sofas, coffee tables, and a honesty bar, Les Medes also has a launderette for the guests, who can also benefit from a discount from a bike rental place close by.
Cons: We had a room with a fully equipped kitchen area, which was very clean. We only used the fridge since we ate out. However, the room was rather dark and gloomy - surely it may be improved by giving it lighter colours, and by making the bedding more comfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect Location Nice new bathroom Clean room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We loved how close this hotel was to the port and the restaurants in town. It has a relaxing water feature in the back that we sat by. They also have an "honesty bar" that allows you to have a glass of wine (or more) without the traditional bartender. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions.
Cons: We would have liked for there to be a well-marked entrance to the backyard relaxation/water area. The first night we could see it from our room but we couldn't figure out how to get to it. The next day we asked and the front desk said we had to use the gate a short walk to the right of the property and walk around. Better signage or another entrance from the lobby would be great. (You can get there from the breakfast area but only during breakfast). We didn't get the optional breakfast since it was much more expensive than grabbing freshly baked items from the boulangerie in town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the residence and its position very close to the bikes rentals and the village. The staff was always present and kind. They gave us instructions and water for the day.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Spacious rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Honesty Bar, good food

He was extremely helpful- he gave recommendations for restaurants nearby and kept great conversation! (Bonus for us: he spoke English)

9.6 Excellent
Pros: A lovely small boutique hotel with an amazing view of the boats and beach from our room. Room, although small had been designed to make use of all of the space available and had a great balcony. All rooms are unique and by different designers. Lovely restaurant with outside seating and there was a rooftop bar too. Staff were very polite and friendly - would definitely return and recommend.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I chose and truly enjoyed my stay because of the rooms design, each room being unique. Breakfast and diner were also great and staff is extremely kind. Lovely view on harbour The terrace in my room to enjoy the view.
Cons: Perfect for a solo traveller. The room and specially bathroom would have been too small for 2 people sharing. I chose room François Azambourg but would book the Inga Sampe room for a next stay which is is my view the best combination between view, design and practicality !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness and flexibility staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location close to the beach.
Cons: Toilet and shower were built into the room in a relatively primitive way, which did not give you much privacy.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The weirdest thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel, toilets into the room with no privacy, it’s just disgusting
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing, and the restaurant is excellent
Cons: Lack of Closet in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 1 night. The view was very nice and design of the room (and whole hotel) is really great. Reception and other personal was very kind and friendly. The Restaurant is on a very high quality. There is a bar on the roof with music and drinks. It is very beautiful view there and amazing atmosphere. We would love to be back :) Thank you!
7.1 Good
Pros: Lovely hotel by the port, 2min from the sea. Beautiful restaurant and decoration in the room.
Cons: No privacy in the room. It was small, just under the rooftop (big party) and most of all the toilets are by the bed, no door to separate from the room/bed. This situation was not described on booking.com

Cons: Nothing it was great
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Very low value for money. I am writing this review from a 4 stars hotel in Menorca. My large room with amazing sea view and great breakfast is cheaper here than the very basic room with no view I got in Hyeres!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach , friendly and a great spot to watch the yacht racing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice beach and the hotel was just in front of the beach. Nice staff.
Cons: No AC. A fan.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice. The location was close to the beach.
Cons: We needed some aircondition, the fan was not enough, the room was very hot. The room needed to be cleaned better. The doors and the cabinet needed to be washed, it was sticky to touch it. We did not have much space to put our luggage.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Laid back, view from on to lovely courtyard and close to beach for swimming
Cons: Size of room and shower did not drain well

Pros: The view was amazing, staff friendly and accommodating, appartement good size and very clean. Very good address to keep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: location, location, apartment size, kitchen, balcony. the apartment heater was on when i arrived; really appreciated. will definitely come back.
Cons: - comforter was too light for winter; even with heater - had to get out of the car to pin the gate code when entering the property (when getting out of property you could pin the code without leaving the car). - for long stay there was no extra garbage bag (was forced to buy some), no extra toilet paper (was also forced to buy some). - Would be great to have a couple of dish towels instead of be forced to buy paper rolls as the apartment has already full set of bath towels.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We unfortunately had a few problems with broken furniture but the staff was very kind and helped quickly. We also got a bottle of wine and an apero for excuse. Really appreciated this!
Lido Beach - Hyères - Building
11
8.7 Excellent (247 reviews)
Overview Reviews
This comfortable hotel is located in Hyeres. There are a total of 18 accommodation units at Lido Beach. No pets are allowed on the premises.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A very informal and relaxing place to stay right on the beach. Great balcony, wonderful restaurant. Free parking just outside the hotel. Shabby chic in the best sense of the word. Could have stayed there for weeks.
Cons: Nothing really.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, lovely atmosphere and very kind people working there. The hotel is located directly on the beach. Nice swimming just 3 feet from the hotel. I did even come back during my trip along the coast and it was the only hotel in 10 days where I spent more than one night. Will come back.
Cons: No air-condition, due to ecological reasons. Just a ventilator that worked fine in September, but I could not stay in this small room in July or August. Maybe it works in larger rooms.
7.9 Good
Pros: Laid back (a bit bohemian in character) hotel right on the beach. Comfortable to go from beach to beach chair area to restaurant and through lobby and common area to rooms in swim suits. Yet still had an elegance. Restaurant was good with tables right on the beach as well and were able to accommodate our late arrival. Plenty of beach chairs, wide shallow beach perfect for all water activities and for children. Stand up paddle boards available. It was hot during our stay, but with the fans operating all day with windows open and curtains drawn closed, rooms were manageable for sleeping, but definitely on warm side. Easy walking distance to harbor area with many restaurants and cafes.
Cons: Could use more umbrellas for the beach chairs to go around. One in our group had the room with external private bathroom. Because of the need to lock room and bathroom, coming and going , that was a bit inconvenient. But, overall, this room and the other standard rooms were a good bargain for being right on the beach. Internet also not working well here. This was a common complaint for the small boutique hotels we chose throughout our trip to France.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The bohemian style. The location to the sea and Porquerolles. The homely feel of being in someone’s beach house. The relaxed vibe and atmosphere. The view; you’re right on the water edge. The food was exceptional.
Cons: It was expensive for a 2 star hotel. Is a bit far away from other amenities.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff very welcoming and helped us throughout. Food was good.
Cons: Really difficult to park ones car. The hotel says it has 12 parking spaces but, sorry to say, that is not the case! Had to park about 500 m away and wait for a space to become available which it did. It was the weekend in June and during the week things should be quieter.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The closeness to the sea, an idyllic location
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and the bathroom was a good size . The actual place down stairs is dated and needs lots of repair , The kitchen area looked dirty and unkept and to be honest we declined breakfast because we wanted to go somewhere clean . The view from the room standing up was lovely but once you sat in the chair on the terrace all you saw was the roof and dead plants so it was a bit sad . It’s badically a room in someone’s house with very confused lines of what is space for the guests and the owners The lady who met us was fine and friendly
Cons: The.mess down stairs
7.9 Good
Pros: The hosts were very friendly and accommodating! The property was on the water. View was spectacular!
Cons: The stairs going to the apartment very very steep. The hosts helped carry our bags but would be very easy to fall.
4.2 Okay
Cons: Whole place under renovation. Rooms not clean. Breakfast was not included as mentioned.
Residence Les Mandariniers - Hyères - Building
13
8.7 Excellent (76 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Residence Les Mandariniers in Hyeres, you'll be by the sea, just steps from Giens Peninsula and a 3-minute drive from Badine Beach. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
7.1 Good
Pros: The managers were very friendly. The location was very handy for the beach and also a little shop and Pizzeria just next door. There was WiFi, the most important feature if you travel with teenagers. The room was sunny and the walls looked relatively recently painted, with nice curtains and bedspread. There was a functioning electric wall heater, which we appreciated in the evenings and at night. The shower was good. There is a bus stop close by, and a bus to Hyeres at roughly every hour.
Cons: The kitchenette was extremely compact (which I expected) and very dated. The two plate hob did not work, but was replaced within a day by the manager. The crockery and cutlery was a bit of an odd mix. The only cups available were tiny Espresso ones for example. Our room had a toaster, while our friends' room had a kettle, but neither of us had both. Everything looked a little dirty and dusty, the floor had not been swept and the shower curtain was definitely in need of a replacement. There was no handsoap, sponge, cloths, kitchen foil, salt, pepper or any of the other disposable items you tend to find in self-catering accommodation elsewhere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice studio, well equiped for families. Very nice and available hosts! The area is very pleasant, with a small grossery store selling the essentials and fresh bread, croissants and fruit. A couple of restaurants in a two steps distance. The beach is very nice, very close (a few meters), easy parking. The location allowed us to visit dream like beaches in a short ride every day!
Cons: The studio is a bit hot. Although there is no a/c, a fan is available.
Ibis Styles Hyeres Centre Gare - Hyères - Building

Overview Reviews
Located 55 yards (50 m) from Hyères train station, the ibis Styles Hyères Centre Gare hotel is a quiet and comfortable 3-star hotel with 41 renovated air-conditioned rooms, designed with a travel theme. The hotel features a bar with panoramic terrace, 1 m eeting room, 1 SPA with hot tub and sauna in a relaxing ambiance. There is a free public car park just 55 yards (50 m) from the hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked the room a lot: clean, with all the necessary comforts (including air conditioning) and a good bed. Breakfast was OK and could be taken either inside or on the beautiful terrace. I also liked a lot the fact that on the top floor there were little viennoiseries, mineral water, tea and coffee available also late at night.
Cons: I thought the hotel was understaffed. On the Saturday evening I was there there was only one female member of staff, who had to go from reception to the third floor breakfast/restaurant room all the time, even to get bread. My daughter had a sore throat and asked for some ice, which could be given in 30 seconds, but the lady went on preparing food for a couple who were the only other guests in the breakfast/restaurant room, taking over 20 minutes to give us the ice. We would have also liked some food, but we decided it would take too long. Also, we needed to use the computer on the ground floor to find news on the railway strikes, but we couldn't make it start and the female member of staff was unable to make it work either.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast, particularly for France, Fresh Orange juice
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and smelled fresh. The design of the hotel is cute and young. There’s plenty of free parking right across the street (belongs to the train station but you can park for free on all parking spots with white line markings).
Cons: The breakfast was rather poor, but ok.
7.9 Good
Pros: The Ibis Style Hyeres Gare hotel was an excellent base for our stay in Hyeres. The hotel is across the road from the station. The room was very comfortable with a separate toilet and bathroom. The breakfast area on the 3rd floor was very pleasant with a good choice of fresh fruit breads and croissants. We also used the spa with sauna and jacuzzi and we were really impressed with the facilities. The hotel is located around 20 mins walk to the centre of the town.I feel there is a need for more attention to customer service as some staff displayed a slightly indifferent attitude to guests and in some ways this meant that the hotel lacked atmosphere because there was a very limited staff cover in the different areas of the hotel.Overall though,we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if visiting Hyeres.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to rail station and buses to departure ports for the Hyeres islands
Cons: Rather small room The hotel is a good walk from the centre of Hyeres - buses are infrequent.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was excellent for travelling by plane.
Cons: The price was too high for what you get.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the middle of the town with a 20 min walk from the old quartal. Rooms are designed in modern style. At breakfast, it is provided a good choice and you may exit to a big terrace on the building roof. The staff is friendly and responsive.
Cons: Hyeres is the town where it is better to rent a car or moto for moving around.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Second time at this lovely hotel and still impressed by the helpful, friendly approach of staff, the practical rooms, and use of the roof space for drinks. If you are travelling in Hyeres area it is a great option : )

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was really nice. Location was ok just a tiny bit far from the center or the beach. Very comfortable bed, loved the pillows.
Cons: Too much carpet in the room and building, clean but outdated. Shower had a little mold.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and efficient staff. Room nicely decorated and equipped.
Cons: Wine a little expensive compared to local restaurants.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extremely comfy.
Cons: Food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Chicken burger wasn’t cooked thoroughly (pink and bloody) and when I notified the waitress an offer of having it re-cooked was given to me. I had already eaten some of the chips and salad which led staff to believe the meal should still be paid for?
